This buyer had previously canceled an escrow, and to be honest, I was hesitant when I found out Rocket Mortgage was involved. I had worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and had very little success, and I had told myself I would never work with them again. Daniel Horvath completely changed my opinion. From the very beginning, Daniel did everything he said he would do. He kept me informed throughout the entire mortgage process with outstanding communication and proactive updates. He assured me we would close on time, and he delivered exactly as promised. What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond his role. When issues arose involving the selling agent, he stepped in, helped resolve the situation, and kept the transaction moving forward. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the deal closed made all the difference. Daniel Horvath is a tremendous asset to Rocket Mortgage. If I ever have another transaction involving Rocket Mortgage, Daniel is the only loan officer I would want to work with. He has earned my trust and completely changed my perception of the company."

He did an excellent job answering all my questions and giving insight...My initial conversation with Hunter was only exploratory in nature. He was the first online, non-local, lender agent I spoke with. He did an excellent job answering all my questions and giving insight to certain details I was less familiar with. From there is he kept his word and was with me every step of the way. Over the next several weeks he would periodically check in and discuss the houses I had been viewing. He also made sure I was getting help from the local realtors. I was honestly surprised. I get that he is in the business of sales, but I appreciated his pace and compassion. Once I was dialed in on a house, I did check with multiple mortgage lenders and the options they offered. However, I felt loyalty to Hunter as he kept his word and nothing changed throughout the process. With all loan options somewhat similar, Hunter put in the work and earned my business. He connected me with a colleague of his that is the closing specialist, but still kept in touch to make sure I had everything I needed after we walked through the loan details, appraisal, inspection results/addendums, etc. The most important thing to me was the stress of this process was next to nothing. It made all the difference. Hunter is very disarming, and I mean that as an absolute compliment. Skilled at his job but really understands the importance of follow up and what that means to a customer. Extremely happy this experience."

I worked with Ed remotely to evaluate, negotiate, and execute two separate property refinance transactions. We spent several weeks deciding on exactly what direction we were going to go. Often, I would get sidetracked during the process with my kids and summer schedules and Ed would find helpful ways to reach out and keep us moving toward our goals. Sometimes we would have questions or be confused by some detail during the loan process - I could always call Ed and he would pick up as if on-call full time for this particular deal, it was truly remarkable and made us feel like we had an advocate the whole way through.
