Clear and concise communication, prompt on all of the questions i asked, start to finish we closed in less than 30 days, which allowed us to get moved in and our kids room set up before he made us grand entrance!! I know this is ridiculous but I was so concerned with ...I saw a coffee mug the other day that said "mortgage banker" because badass miracle worker isn't a job title and it made me think of Andrea. I know this is ridiculous but I was so concerned with getting an unfair deal or somebody taking advantage of someone trying to buy their first home that I sought out pre-approvals from five different lenders and got them all but the only one that could earn my trust with her transparency in our dealings and about my loan and the whole process was Andrea with Rocket Mortgage. She sat on the phone with me for hours at times explaining things and going over things and making sure I was okay with the loan terms. She did a soft pull on my credit to keep from damaging my score to see if she was going to be able to get me approved before she did the credit check and then even helped me to improve my credit score before the final credit check. She got me the lowest interest rate of any of the five lenders and pretty much held my hand through the whole process which everybody might not need but trust me I did and she was there without fail. Not only did I gain my first home that I love but I feel like I've gained a friend and would recommend Andrea to anybody looking for a mortgage at a great deal with somebody that will fight for them and give full disclosure throughout the whole process and not only that, but make you feel like a person that matters and not just another loan number."
