She was crisp, quick, professional. Picked up after hours. Had all the information. She went above and beyond for my clients. Stayed extra on the phone. Called back to make sure we were sure of certain points. You'll be in good hands."

There were many times I would have to ask for updates and then the system would require things be signed that had been signed before 1 or times. Took too long, delays were met with excuses but the staff is friendly and I doubt much the technical issues are in the hands of the employees but it should be mentioned."

He was always there to answer questions, he helped with my computer skills (not real good on the computer myself) but getting much better because of him. His knowledge was very impressive, he knew all the answers to my questions and made me feel so at ease through all of it. Hope whom ever sees this has the opportunity to work with him. He is a true asset to the company and now a considered great friend to our family. Thanks Ameer!!!"

Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way through phone calls, text messages, and emails, so I always knew what was happening with my loan. Their communication was excellent, and they were quick to answer any questions I had. What can often be a stressful process felt simple and straightforward because of their support and guidance. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free mortgage experience."

He knew exactly how to help me refinance on a mobile home after a divorce. He was able to answer all of my questions and five advice when I had little knowledge of what I needed to do. The whole experience was wonderful. He was there for questions I had throughout the loan process as well even though I’m sure he didn’t have to be. Wonderful experience!"

She walked me through the application process at a steady, manageable pace, encouraging me to stop whenever necessary, take my time, and get my questions answered before we moved on. We were on the phone a long time, and she assured me several times she'd stay on the phone as long as it took to complete the process to our mutual satisfaction. She was also clear and concise in answering my questions. Definitely a pro."
