We ended up saving over $700 per month and we didn't increase the term of our loan. We had 15 years remaining on our original loan and we still have 15 years. Anyway, if you're in the market to refinance, Maria is your "go to"! She'll be with you every step of the way. My husband said that Nancy would be calling me. I immediately balked at talking to her - asking for proof that she was a legitimate agent. Nancy quickly directed me to a website that verified her outstanding credentials. Nancy was patient, kind, informed and worked very hard to help us through this process. Nancy provided us with a phone number where we could call her at any time for answers to questions and concerns we might have. My husband and I were pleased with the entire process dealing with Rocket Mortgage - even when the process went beyond the initial contact and we dealt with different representatives. We would recommend Nancy and Rocket Mortgage to our closest friends."
