My husband, John and I really appreciate the patience he showed us with the numerous questions we often asked. Jason and his team should also be commended on the quick processing time from start to finish. Rarely am I impressed; however, Jason and Rocket Mortgage staff spoke the truth when they said customers are #1. Thank you Jason! "

Additionally, he is a warm and caring person who actually listens to his client and asks appropriate questions, to find a way to solve a problem. He is kind, funny, and relaxed, while also professional and knowledgeable about his very intricate specialty. Honestly, I can't say enough about how happy I am to have had Robert as a partner on this often stressful journey. I will certainly recommend Rocket Mortgage, and especially Robert Camp, at every opportunity."

Rodrigo was professional, responsive, and took the time to walk through the loan process in a way that was easy for my client to understand. Even in the early stages of the transaction, it was clear he genuinely cared about helping the borrower understand their options and make a good decision. That level of service makes a difference. As a real estate broker, I appreciate lenders who communicate well and support clients through the process, and Rodrigo did exactly that. I appreciate the effort he put in and wish him continued success."

From the very beginning, David was incredibly professional, patient, and informative, which made the entire process smooth and straightforward. What stood out to me the most was his deep knowledge of the mortgage industry and the way he was able to clearly explain all the details of the loan process. He was always available to answer any questions or resolve any problem I had, no matter how small, and his responses were always prompt and thorough. This level of communication was incredibly reassuring and made me feel well-informed and supported throughout the process. Moreover, David went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best possible rate and terms for my loan. My husband & I are technically challenged & if she couldn't walk us through something on the computer, she did it for us, virtually. Belen worked long & hard for us. We were so grateful for her impeccable work ethic & her courteous way in which she spoke to us. We never felt inadequate...though we certainly were in some instances. Our loan experience was a good one. We will recommend Rocket Mortgage to our friends."
