I e moving finding the right agent finding the right property at the right price. But when it comes to lending, armando and his team have it knelt down. Armando exuded professionalism yet being personable, so that you feel comfortable and receive the knowledge that you need in order to close in time. Armando and his team keep you up-to-date. They contact you via phone email. And I've even received text messages to make sure that I received All the information that they were trying to give me. Armando has gone above and beyond. Not only is he super responsive to your questions. Phone calls emails, text messages. He is there. He is literally there holding your hand through the process to try to help. He will do anything to try to help you out within his power. He is an amazing wonder. I cannot say enough good things about him. Armando took the time to find grants that we would qualify for that. We didn't even know about Armando, kept us up-to-date and his team kept us up-to-date on everything. Armando, the services that I know of 2 states, he probably has more, but Arizona and Nevada, I would highly suggest you look Armando up. And his team, they make it really, really easy. Rocket mortgage has this nifty little app that not only keeps you up to date, but you're able to upload things as well. That is just an additional tool that helps you. But really, it's our mando that shines through and his team. So if you're looking for arizona or nevada, make sure that you look up armando with rocket mortgage, he is the best in the business. I had a really horrible experience with my initial Rocket banker and I withdrew my application because of Mr. Darrell because Darrell bullied and strong armed me the whole experience. I hated it and I called Darrell out on it. However, not only was Willians able to change my perspective, he was patient, listenedto my needs and went to bat for me a couple of times leading to me closing on the home.. I will now recommend Rocket & Willians to my friends and family 100%. He did absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough kind things about him. He's very friendly, not pushy at all, & super helpful! It's been an honor having him as my banker and thank you for showing me how Rocket does business the helpful, competitive, and kind way! Mentally, I did a complete flip and this changed my perspective on the company completely! Hopefully yall get lucky and get a chance to have him as your mortgage banker!"

I originally had plans to work with my local bank but wanted to see what other places could provide. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and care that Tera had. She really took the time to make sure it was right FOR ME and answered every single worry that I could think of. She delivered whenever she said she was going to do something, and quite frankly did the hand holding that I personally needed. She was able to find me the perfect program and actually ended up saving me quite a bit more on closing than I could find elsewhere. It was an easy decision to go with her and I couldn’t recommend her enough!! THANK YOU!"

That’s when Anthony Rodriguez from Rocket Mortgage reached out to me, and from our very first conversation, I knew we were in good hands. What immediately stood out was how attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful Anthony was. He took ownership of the process right away, made himself available, and was always transparent and communicative. His customer service was exceptional. Working with him truly felt like we had someone in our corner who was looking out for our best interests. The first home we were considering ultimately didn’t work out, but Anthony never became pushy or made us feel pressured. Instead, he stayed in touch, checked in periodically to see how we were doing or whether we had found another home, and was always willing to run the numbers for us. He took the time to educate us, explain our options, and keep us informed every step of the way. When we finally found the right place, Anthony continued to go above and beyond. He worked directly with our realtor to make sure they understood what we were approved for and remained readily available throughout the process. Even when he knew he would be out of the office, he proactively provided his contact information and made sure we knew exactly who would be available to help us in his absence. And it wasn’t just Anthony — his entire team was phenomenal. And rushing me to sign papers before I read them thoroughly. I warned Rachel that it was going to be hard for me to trust her quotes. She promised me, that her numbers would be clear, easy to understand and that she wouldn't lie or hide anything. She was correct, when I closed, all the amounts were exactly as she presented them to me :)"
