A relative drives up & I tell her my problem. She asked me why I hadn't tried Rocket Mortgage. I told her I didn't know anything about buying a home & that I felt like I was being taken advantage of. She grabbed her phone and called Alex. She gave him a brief explanation, handed the phone to me and within MINUTES I was provided with a pre-approval. I was overwhelmed w/gratitude and cried like a baby. Before the end of the day, Alex walked me through accessing & providing all documentation needed to possibly close on the home of my dreams. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, grounded, patient & personable. I trusted him instantly. He went above & beyond in ways I've never experienced. THANK YOU× INFINITY! Rocket Mortgage ROCKS!!"

While Rocket Mortgage/Rocket has a very segmented division of labor relative to processing a loan (no one person is responsible for the process from start to finish, which creates difficulty in holding anyone accountable) Steven handled his portion very professionally. Overall, I had a relatively good experience with this process, but would strongly suggest to all to make sure you verify what you're initially told your loan will cost relative to what it actually does cost."

While our realtor was slightly hesitant about us choosing a remote lender, Rocket ended up saving us thousands of dollars through lower interest and fees compared to local mortgage options. Overall, we were very happy with our decision and had a great experience working with Rocket."

She really spent a lot of time with us and when it came down to it she had only our best interest in mind!!! My husband and I never felt in anyway judged by Jessica she gave us good sound advice and many options to apply her suggestions to. Jessica always called when she said she would and if for some reason she had to cancel or reschedule she always gave advance notice. He meticulously listens to your needs and desires when the consumer speaks. His level of comprehension had me awe struck, but his ability to verbally transcribe the obstacles, possibilities, and law/regulations in lament terms vocally were astounding. He is straight forward and upfront about your situation, be it credit, income, or whatever. When all others said no, he figured it out. He plays the long game. If you don't qualify today and months later things change, you will get a call, email, or text somewhere down the line. Yes even months later. My family and I will he forever greatful. My teenage son passed away from cancer and it devastated our lives in so many ways. Alex allowed us to stay in our home, payoff all our debts and become financially liquid. No foreclosure and monies left in our pockets to live comfortably, as long as we live with constraint and discipline by living within our means realistically. Thank you Alex. You were a vessel that God worked through for our good. You are forever family. Greg and Lisa"
