She listened to what I needed, she related really well to my personal loan needs, she contacted personnel who were involved in loan decisions at the appropriate time. Mora is a good communicator. I was surprised at how effortless she made the loan process. Mora was very patient as I tossed around my refinancing needs. In the end, I got the refi I needed which was much less than what I first requested."

She really spent a lot of time with us and when it came down to it she had only our best interest in mind!!! My husband and I never felt in anyway judged by Jessica she gave us good sound advice and many options to apply her suggestions to. Jessica always called when she said she would and if for some reason she had to cancel or reschedule she always gave advance notice. He was incredibly responsive, always submitted things on time, explained every step clearly, and never made me feel rushed or confused. What really stood out was his willingness to get into the weeds with me and break down how everything worked in a way that was easy to understand. That level of patience, professionalism, and transparency is rare. Evan made a complicated process feel organized and manageable. He was thorough, proactive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way. Both times, Mr. Darfoor was available to answer any questions my clients and I had, quick to respond if he should miss our call, and made the home-buying process a pleasant experience for my client. The first time we worked together, I was on a cruise when our offer was accepted and Mr. Kofi stayed in touch with my clients and made sure nothing was missed. The second time we worked together, everything was ready to close a good 2 weeks before our closing date. My only regret is that I didn't know Mr. Kofi when I went through the home-buying process.
