I did not think I would be approved for my loan because of my income and my wife not working tru this pendemic but he made the numbers work. One thing I really appreciated was that he was always avail. On the weekend I received messages from which proved to me that he wanted my loan to be expedited. During 1st contact she talked to me and not at me, she listened and didn't pre-judge or had boilerplate answers to questions (as she most ...Lisa is a very personable and professional Loan Officer. During 1st contact she talked to me and not at me, she listened and didn't pre-judge or had boilerplate answers to questions (as she most likely has heard them all) for she answered the questions I had for those questions and didn't talk around them. It did take several conversations before I was ready ahead with the loan, and at not time did she push me into making a decision. She talked to me (without selling me) about the Pro's and Con's on getting the loan and let me take me time in making the decision and only called to check in on the dates we had discussed for her to do so. All the way through she kept me update on the progress of the loan process and checked to make sure that information was correct (and didn't assume what I wanted or what she thought was best for me) as she always contacted me (call, text or email) to make sure on what we talked about before final submission. If the need ever presented itself that I would have to go through this experience again, I would surely hope it was with Lisa."
