As I was interested in options to free up some cash monthly, I then called Michael and found him friendly first and then professional. We set up an appointment to chat and discuss, and in one call I was satisfied with what he had presented to me. It was that easy. When I had a question or two, he was happy to answer via text or the phone, which I appreciated. He was clear and articulate about the numbers and the reasoning, and the rest of the Service process, and the ease with which it moved, was top notch. The 'Tasks' section for me on the website, was fantastic. Rocket is a first class outfit, I continue to be impressed. Thanks Michael Grayer!"

He not only cleared up any issues with the lender end he was helping with issues from the realtor/lawyers end and if that wasn't enough he would just check in to see if we were ok. He is truly a wonderful, smart, caring and intelligent person. A true asset to your company. I will never be able to thank him enough not only for his help but also for his support. He is certainly my new go to best friend person!!!! If I ever do this again (probably not from the ptsd) he will ALWAYS be the guy I call & refer to everyone."

He was very attentive not only with my mother but with her cosigner. He was always there and ready to answer our questions. Without Allan’s help a guidance the whole process would have been difficult for my mother. Is a plus that Allan can speak Spanish as well. He was not pushy, but very understanding, and willing to do whatever he could to assist me in the purchase of a new home. I would consider him an assett to Rocket Mortgage."
