We had a couple of hick-ups with my income but after several discussions with Sarah and Matt, they were able to understand the situation to their satisfaction and got the final approval. I have tried with several other mortgage companies before Rocket Mortgage and they were a +20 above any other companies I had worked with in the past. KUDOs to Sarah and the entire team....great job!!!!"

Him along with Angela Chenoweth made my life a lot easier throughout the process. I would give them a 10 star if I could, Rocket Mortgage just dwarfs all other banks in terms of professionalism, simplicity, customer experience, and closing time, Thanks Nick, Angela and Rocket Mortgage for everything."

He took the time to explain every detail clearly and listened to what was important to me, even if those priorities might not be common for other borrowers. Ben went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, even helping me avoid an intrusive appraisal and inspection. He was always available to answer my questions — even working on a Sunday to ensure I had what I needed. Thanks to Ben’s dedication and expertise, I was able to close my loan quickly and achieve a huge personal milestone: retiring earlier than I ever thought possible. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for an equity loan — his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his clients set him apart."

She was very respectful and knowledgeable about helping me get into a better financial situation without feeling like I'm drowning in debt because of life situations that happen. She genuinely cares about helping customers regain financial stability and bettering the quality of my life with a reassurance of what this company is providing for me. I'm not a technological person and she was there helping me every step of the way being patient with me. I literally was barely making it with bills after hitting a cow with my truck, and now I'm able to get another one, consolidate high interest loans and do some maintenance repairs on my house at the same time, and put money in my savings. Thank you Kazi, your a lifesaver and Rocket Mortgage is definitely helping me get my life back in order."
