As a first-time homebuyer, the whole mortgage process seemed incredibly daunting. I had so many questions and honestly, a lot of anxiety about getting approved. From our very first conversation, Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain every step, answered all my (many!) questions, and really made me feel comfortable and kept me well informed. What really stood out was his dedication to finding the best possible loan for my situation. He explored the multiple available options, clearly laid out the pros and cons of each, and ultimately secured my wife and I an amazing offer. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and he was always available to address any concerns that came up and answered my calls right away. Not only was Tyler quick to respond and extremely informative, his general underlying personality stood out in every aspect. His calm, yet confident demeanor, along with his willingness to make light of every situation, really helped put my wife and I at ease during this whole process. Tim contacted me ...Tim is totally awesome. I have reached out to Rocket many times for a HELOC and no one could help me. I ended up with a very high interest rate loan (17% ish) from someone else. Tim contacted me and he was able to get my loan through which required getting around some roadblocks no one else there was interested in doing for me. Now I can pay off my other loan and move on. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. I was on vacation and missing deadlines and had no internet but I just called him and he made it all happen. He's fun to talk to also which made it not seem like a business transaction. It seemed like talking to a buddy. I think I was talking to a buddy! Tim is awesome, or as the kids say DOPE!"

We switched mortgage companies after a bad experience with someone else and we were on a tight deadline as a result. I was concerned we were going to miss our escrow date if we made the switch but he reassured me that we had enough time and I'm so glad we trusted him. He was responsive to every text/call and did his part to get it done for us. Beyond his expertise, he's also friendly and personable. I wholeheartedly recommend Demetrius. Nothing about this process is fun or easy, but having someone who feels like they're genuinely on your side made it a lot less stressful. Even though I'm still sitting in my house in the middle of a sea of boxes, I wanted to prioritize putting this review up because he truly deserves it."

Everyone along the closing process was very helpful and explained in detail the steps being processed. It was like working with family and the closing was completed in less than 2 weeks. He first reached out earlier in the year, and we had several conversations about what kind of refinance was available at the time. The numbers didn't make sense, and while he did try to convince me they could short term, he backed off and let me proceed without changing my mortgage. A few months later some tweaks were made, and the rate and cost were such that it made sense now, and I proceeded with refinancing. Larson was persistent in getting my business but understood my vision and honored it. Would recommend Larson to anyone that was interested in working with Rocket Mortgage."
