While our realtor was slightly hesitant about us choosing a remote lender, Rocket ended up saving us thousands of dollars through lower interest and fees compared to local mortgage options. Overall, we were very happy with our decision and had a great experience working with Rocket."

She really spent a lot of time with us and when it came down to it she had only our best interest in mind!!! My husband and I never felt in anyway judged by Jessica she gave us good sound advice and many options to apply her suggestions to. Jessica always called when she said she would and if for some reason she had to cancel or reschedule she always gave advance notice. As I was interested in options to free up some cash monthly, I then called Michael and found him friendly first and then professional. We set up an appointment to chat and discuss, and in one call I was satisfied with what he had presented to me. It was that easy. When I had a question or two, he was happy to answer via text or the phone, which I appreciated. He was clear and articulate about the numbers and the reasoning, and the rest of the Service process, and the ease with which it moved, was top notch. The 'Tasks' section for me on the website, was fantastic. Rocket is a first class outfit, I continue to be impressed. Thanks Michael Grayer!"
