Rocket still needs to get it together, they dropped the ball on two critical items but that had ZERO to do with Cara. I think she needs to be the one to see all aspects through as she is thoroughly capable and detail oriented as well as pleasant as can be. Thanks Cara!!"

As expats with a US property, our situation was not straightforward, but Adam navigated the documentation and cross-border issues with impressive expertise and patience. He clearly understood the complexities involved and guided us through each step with confidence and clarity. Adam was always responsive, proactive in his communication, and took the time to explain our options in plain language so we could make informed decisions. He coordinated the various parties smoothly and kept the process moving even when things became complicated. Most importantly, he was able to secure very competitive rates and favorable terms for our refinance, which will save us money over the long term. What really stood out was how supported we felt from start to finish. Adam consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and that there were no surprises at closing. For anyone, especially expats or clients with more complex situations, looking to refinance a US property, Adam is a mortgage professional who delivers both exceptional results and genuine client care."

Working with her has made the home buying process so seamless. First, you can tell that she is 100% invested in making sure you are taken care of. She is transparent, honest, kind, respectful, and will work so hard for you. She is extremely credible in her knowledge of the home buying market, interest rates, and financing for your home. Her communications skills are second to none and she will respond back in a timely manner via text or even call. I am a tough person to earn trust from and she won it over very quickly by her above and beyond efforts to help you. She even made time for us in person to go through every single number with you and what it means for you. She will keep you updated on interest rates as often as needed to give you the lowest rate possible. If I could have Shannon be my lender for every home I purchase for the rest of my life, the burden of home buying would be lifted from me immediately. She is truly 1 of 1 and I am so blessed to have crossed paths with her."

From the moment my Real Estate Agent referred me to him, he made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. He really took the time to understand my specific goals and he made sure to find the best option for me in the long run and was even available during the weekend to answer all the questions I had along the way. If you want someone knowledgeable and dedicated I couldn't recommend anyone more."
