He walked me through every step, explained the options (including FHA and conventional) really clearly, answered all my questions right away, and was always quick to respond. He genuinely cared about my situation, stayed honest about rates and fees with no hidden stuff, and pushed to get me the best possible deal. Compared to a couple other lenders I checked out, Mohd was by far the most helpful and transparent. Got approved faster than I expected and felt confident the whole time. My path to purchasing a new home had so many moving parts, and he was always able to help them move along smoothly and quickly, and kept me in the loop instantly at every step of the way. So refreshing to be able to communicate via text, phone, email, at nearly any time of the week, and in a way that helped me understand everything. Plus, we closed in under three weeks. Legitimately can't beat that outside of a cash offer or some wild circumstances. I'd highly recommend Kyle to anybody looking to secure a loan, even if they aren't sure how to go about it. Ryan helped us as first time home buyers really understand the process and what all of our numbers meant, and get a realistic view of our financial picture and what we could afford. When challenges came up specifically with the buildings appraised rental income Ryan was able to think creatively alongside us to see the vision of the property and helped us navigate the many little ways we could get our debt to income to where it needed to be. Through the whole process Ryan was in our corner and really was a huge part of why we were able to make this challenging deal go through. I would highly recommend to seasoned investors and first time home buyers alike for his vision and knowledge."
