Your professionalism, tenacity, and unwavering encouragement truly made what could have been a daunting experience feel effortless. Your patience and understanding, especially during the completion of tasks required by the underwriters, did not go unnoticed. You were consistently responsive—whether it was late at night, on weekends, or even during holidays. Your dedication not only alleviated much of the stress associated with the refinancing process but also provided us with the guidance needed to ensure we remained compliant with all requirements. It is clear that you go above and beyond for your clients, and I believe you deserve recognition from the highest levels of Rocket Mortgage for your exceptional service. Thank you once again for your invaluable support; it has made a significant difference in our experience."

I'm self employed, which makes it a bit more challenging in the mortgage process. On top of that, my previous lender let me know that they couldn't proceed with my loan one week before our scheduled close. I called Eric and he immediately went to work on my file. He was always communicative and he had my best interests in mind the entire way. The previous lender had my file for over almost 2 months and didn't get the job done. Whereas Eric had me closed in 2 weeks! He was definitely a blessing to me and my family, and he's the only one person I'll ever refer people to for their home loans moving forward."
