All of a sudden here I was along side with a friend somehow that I wasn't planning of having, but here he was. What a relief when I had questions and he was always there to shed light in everything. Thanks to Erick's guidance and patience I Managed to undergo all aspects of the rocket mortgage facets and come out victorious in my own way that I had accomplished all tasks needed to become a new homeowner. She is very professional, patient and had some very creative ideas about my finances that ended up saving me over $1000 a month by paying off things that never would have occurred to me. She was always available to me whenever I had any questions. Cannot recommend her enough... she was a huge part of what made the entire refi experience so smooth and easy."

The entirety of our home buying process was under tight deadlines and required some long nights to pull off. Mitch was always quick to respond, provided helpful advice, and was always someone we could rely on when we needed to move to the next step in the process. For example, at the very start we needed a preapproval letter from Rocket to submit our initial offer by end of day, and Mitch was answering our calls at 1030pm to get it done in time. Mitch was always a pleasure to talk to, as if I was calling a friend, and he took the time to get to know our family and delve into the house we were buying. (Mitch, come by for some bowling anytime!) I have already referred one colleague to Mitch and will continue to do so any chance I get. There were multiple times during our buying process where my wife, our agent, and I talked about how awesome Mitch is, especially compared to some of the folks working for competitors. Give this man a raise for his hard work, reliability, and dedication to getting things done!"

He meticulously listens to your needs and desires when the consumer speaks. His level of comprehension had me awe struck, but his ability to verbally transcribe the obstacles, possibilities, and law/regulations in lament terms vocally were astounding. He is straight forward and upfront about your situation, be it credit, income, or whatever. When all others said no, he figured it out. He plays the long game. If you don't qualify today and months later things change, you will get a call, email, or text somewhere down the line. Yes even months later. My family and I will he forever greatful. My teenage son passed away from cancer and it devastated our lives in so many ways. Alex allowed us to stay in our home, payoff all our debts and become financially liquid. No foreclosure and monies left in our pockets to live comfortably, as long as we live with constraint and discipline by living within our means realistically. Thank you Alex. You were a vessel that God worked through for our good. You are forever family. Greg and Lisa"
