We had been renting for 17 yrs, our ...I would like to start by saying that Karem is the MAIN reason that I stayed using Rocket mortgage as my lender. My family was put in a serious living situation. We had been renting for 17 yrs, our landlord sold the property without letting us know. We had 60 days to find a home. We found one, or so we thought. It was a deal too good to be true, that turned out very true. Karem was our contact person with rocket. He literally was my rock. I was crying and heartbroken. He talked me down off the ledge. He assured me we would find another, better home that would fit my family's needs. He explained redfin and sent me links to local redfin agents. I did find another house. Karem walked me through finances and how we would go about obtaining this home. The clock was ticking. Karem did it!! He got the loan processed . He was compassionate, understanding, honest, professional and sincere. Karem helped my family in a dire situation. Karem listen to me, listened to my housing needs, listened to my financial situation, and he adapted to everything that I threw at him. I was not an easy client. I was very very stressed. Karem calmed the situation. He helped me and my family and I will never forget him. I would /will refer him to everybody that I know that is looking for home loan. Bless this man. I hope Rocket mortgage realizes how outstanding Karem is at his job. Thank you Karem from the bottom of my family's heart for everything you have done for us."

Frank's team delivered both at an exceptional level. With Frank's team we secured our second home purchase, our first being in the Bay Area with a different officer, and this time around by far was the smoothest, quickest turnaround. My husband and I like to act quick, and Frank and his team managed to somehow exceed it. Special shout out to Summer for being an absolute powerhouse. She felt like the captain of the team, making sure we knew what to do, when to do it and where, checking in when items needed movement and made sure every piece was rolling. Her drive and persistence to get everything done is what helped us close within a VERY short escrow period. Without her, this wouldn't have happened at the pace it did. Alongside Summer, Frank made sure we were set up to succeed, helped point out potential speed bumps in underwriting and made sure we were equipped and prepared to act quick if those speed bumps did occur. We felt extremely looked after and really lucky to have been connected with Frank and his team, and highly recommend working with them if you want to be ahead of those you may be competing with in the market, and are looking for a solid team that can actually get things done. Frank and his team operate at a level of speed, coordination, and execution that's hard to find and it made all the difference. Huge thank you."
