Rocket still needs to get it together, they dropped the ball on two critical items but that had ZERO to do with Cara. I think she needs to be the one to see all aspects through as she is thoroughly capable and detail oriented as well as pleasant as can be. Thanks Cara!!"

He was very ...This review has been long overdue. Back in September my mother applied for a home equity loan. Allan from the get go was very professional and guide us through the whole process. He was very attentive not only with my mother but with her cosigner. He was always there and ready to answer our questions. Without Allan’s help a guidance the whole process would have been difficult for my mother. Is a plus that Allan can speak Spanish as well. He genuinely cared about my situation, stayed honest about rates and fees with no hidden stuff, and pushed to get me the best possible deal. Compared to a couple other lenders I checked out, Mohd was by far the most helpful and transparent. Got approved faster than I expected and felt confident the whole time.
