He took the time to explain every step, answered all my (many!) questions, and really made me feel comfortable and kept me well informed. "I can't say enough good things about Eric. I'm self employed, which makes it a bit more challenging in the mortgage process. On top of that, my previous lender let me know that they couldn't proceed ...I can't say enough good things about Eric. I'm self employed, which makes it a bit more challenging in the mortgage process. On top of that, my previous lender let me know that they couldn't proceed with my loan one week before our scheduled close. I called Eric and he immediately went to work on my file. He was always communicative and he had my best interests in mind the entire way. The previous lender had my file for over almost 2 months and didn't get the job done. Whereas Eric had me closed in 2 weeks! He was definitely a blessing to me and my family, and he's the only one person I'll ever refer people to for their home loans moving forward."
