He was always friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable, and he never hesitated to track down information or get answers to my questions. My refinance took some time, but throughout the process he kept me informed and made sure I understood exactly where things stood and what to expect next. I always felt supported and never felt like I was navigating the process alone. I really appreciated his professionalism and would happily recommend him to anyone considering a refinance."

He pays special attention to details and answered all my questions promptly. He guided me through the entire process from start to finish, making me feel confident on my decisions. Steven was an excellent point of contact on every aspect of the process. He helped me acquiring my previous home, so I contacted him again when it was time to buy a new one. Would do it again without hesitation. If you're looking to buy, Steven is your guy!"

I remembered when I called rocket just to ask a few questions, it was Maisee that answered the call. I was inquiring about my HELOAN and seeing it was beneficial to refinance it to a lower term. She gave me two different scenarios and we agreed upon reducing my current 20 year loan to a 10 year loan. She saved me approximately seven years of my loan. If anybody gets a chance to work with her, you will not be disappointed. A+.!"

His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure everything stayed on track. Even as I transitioned through different stages of the process, Moses was there every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. His professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication gave me confidence from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about his clients and works hard to get results, I highly recommend Moses and Rocket Mortgage. It was a pleasure working with him, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience."

Took the time to break down the process or payment questions that we had. This is not the first time we look into a loan process and many other agents left us hanging when they couldn't answer a question, but not Jose, he took the time to help us understand the process and when he didn't know something, he told us, and followed up after getting the needed answers. Highly recommend him and greatly appreciate his work. We will definitely be recommending him with friends and family. Thank you, Jose!"

Very knowable, and easy to work with. He answers every call, and responds to every text message in a reasonable time. I’m not the easiest person, so I feel he went above and beyond!!! Making a client feel heard is important, and if I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks Deiontae!!🩷"

He was professional, smart, and very informative; unfortunately Rocket Morgage did not offer the FHA203k that works best for us but I considered your company even without the program we wanted very seriously because Daniel was so absolutely amazing with following up giving positive feedback when I was discouraged and making us feel like the most important people to ever buy a home. He is definitely an asset to your company. His attitude along with his knowledge and personality made it very difficult to decline our offer; The bar has been set very high and has not been matched. Thank you"
