Robin took all our information on a Sunday afternoon and was so helpful. She made several recommendations and the process was started. Everyone along the closing process was very helpful and explained in detail the steps being processed. It was like working with family and the closing was completed in less than 2 weeks. "Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and ...Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and he listened to our situation and we filled out and submitted a new mortgage app over the phone on a Friday night at 7pm. We got the clear to close within a couple of days. A truly seamless transaction. We felt not only was this outcome better than. We could have asked for but we felt truly taken care of. You don’t see that a lot in this industry but Jeff did it gracefully and skillfully. I 110% recommend Jeff."
