Manisha has the perfect balance of soft and hard skills. As we all know buying a home is stressful and throughout our loan approval process Manisha was quick to follow up and communicate, she went out of her way on evenings, weekends, and even calling me on a holiday; talk about going above and beyond! Her warm sincere personality and sound knowledge really lowered our anxiety throughout the approval process. Manisha made us feel like we had that family friend on the inside. They put a lot of effort into helping me purchase a home, they gave me super helpful recommendations and advice which helped me out a lot. They even got me approved for way more than i had originally gotten pre approved for with wells. They made the process go smooth, easy and way less strenuous unlike other companies i had tried working with. Dan and Lou are reliable, patient, knowledgeable and assisted with any concerns i had. They definitely go above and beyond. I definitely recommend going with Redfin but more specifically with Dan and Lou they will take care of you throughout the whole process!! Thank you guys very much!"

"If I could give DeAnn 10 stars I would. I have been trying to launch the process to assume the loan for my current mortgage as was specified in my divorce decree. I originally called Rocket on June ...If I could give DeAnn 10 stars I would. I have been trying to launch the process to assume the loan for my current mortgage as was specified in my divorce decree. I originally called Rocket on June 3 and have had no success in getting follow up when I realized there was no information in the email that was sent to me. It's now June 22 and, after an hour of trying to reach someone in the chat, trying to call in and getting complete runaround, I finally got to DeAnn. She was determined to help me find the right people and stayed on the call with me throughout each interaction (most of which still just people telling me they could not find my loan nor my info, but with no proactivity to help). She helped calm my nervous system, assured me she'd continue to help me find the information I needed, and was able to find and send me the document that was supposed to be sent June 3. While I'm still trying to get the right department to help me progress my issue, I feel comfortable now knowing I have DeAnn's number and a champion within Rocket. THIS is what customer service should look and feel like. What a superstar."

I was pleasantly surprised when I first talked with Zach regarding a loan approval. He was very reassuring and so great to work with. We received loan approval quickly. The house hunting process began. When we found a house the process was quickly put into play. I received updates on my rocket account and followed through with all that was requested (Zach had told me that was an important part of the process). If I had a crisis in the house search, I would call and Zach responded at once, no waiting for more approvals from committees. Zach was professional, knowledgeable, kind and always courteous. Having a good loan officer handle the loan application is so important and I feel Zachary is that kind of loan officer."
