He gave me clear and honest options to relieve my financial burden. I prayed about and slept. I decided to keep my existing mortgage and talk to my creditors myself to keep my low interest and look at the future. Today I was able to negotiate 23k at 0-4% with his guidance. Soon I will be in a better situation and he saved me from leveraging my only asset my home. As I told him today. Instead of walking with the storm I’m going against it. He not only cleared up any issues with the lender end he was helping with issues from the realtor/lawyers end and if that wasn't enough he would just check in to see if we were ok. He is truly a wonderful, smart, caring and intelligent person. A true asset to your company. I will never be able to thank him enough not only for his help but also for his support. He is certainly my new go to best friend person!!!! If I ever do this again (probably not from the ptsd) he will ALWAYS be the guy I call & refer to everyone."

A home that my husband and I had wanted ...I want to start by saying that I do not usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience I had with Nadine and The entire Rocket Mortgage team. A home that my husband and I had wanted for a very long time presented itself over the Christmas and New year holidays. the seller wanted a fast, cash closing. We decided to call Rocket mortgage. Nadine had answered the phone and by the end of the day I had taken pictures of all the documents on my phone and sent them to her. We decided to take the cash out of our vacation home in NY state, where Nadine is also licensed. She had an appraiser there the in 5 days, appraisal back by 9, final paperwork was started, and settlement scheduled, all done over the holiday!! From the day I called to the day the funds were put into my account was 23 days! (Unbelievable, including weekends and holidays) The most impressive thing off all was the kindness and professionalism of everyone involved. You always get a live person that was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thank You all"
