He was always available to answer any questions, no matter the time of day. He worked after the usual 9-5 schedule, making sure all our questions were answered when the time was convenient to us. Having someone like Eric on your team is a great asset to any company. He was very friendly and made the process feel like less of a task and more like a choice we had.
