We feel there’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to providing clear and accurate information about closing costs. The percentage we were initially given for closing costs ended up changing, which made the final steps more stressful than expected."

"So, I always feel if you only to someone the first few times and they don't really interact with you they do the bare minimum. Christian has exceeded my expectations he has been in at the very least 10 phone calls with me answering questions or giving follow up on a status I asked. He made sure I was informed even with a simple text message. He was respectful, kind and understanding when talking with me. He really went above what is required and I am thankful to have had him as our contact for our mortgage."
