I started with my bank to do this in January, I was approved and here we are at the end of March and through all this time now they upped my interest. I have had enough! I decided to call Rocket Mortgage and see what they could do. I am so glad I did! Rachel is the one I talked with and I am blown away by how knowledgeable she is . I was connected with Kim Williams who immediately got to work running the numbers and within the hour gave me an idea of what I could borrow and how much my payment would be. We started the application that evening and here we are closing tomorrow on June 10th! I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding customer service provided by Kim. She was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and responsive to all of my questions in a timely fashion. She communicated with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to make the process so much easier. I highly recommend Kim and Rocket Loans for all of your mortgage and refinancing needs!"

"Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and ...Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and he listened to our situation and we filled out and submitted a new mortgage app over the phone on a Friday night at 7pm. We got the clear to close within a couple of days. A truly seamless transaction. We felt not only was this outcome better than. We could have asked for but we felt truly taken care of. You don’t see that a lot in this industry but Jeff did it gracefully and skillfully. I 110% recommend Jeff."

My finances are challenging since I own multiple properties some of them shared titles but not loans. Justin was able to correct underwriters a number of times that they assumed incorrect positions. Also he helped upload a ton of my documents that I kept being asked to resubmit. Overall he made this easy it could have been a problem but this went quite well and If I do a loan with them again I hope I get Justin again. Thanks Justin. Should be 10 stars"

A relative drives up & I tell her my problem. She asked me why I hadn't tried Rocket Mortgage. I told her I didn't know anything about buying a home & that I felt like I was being taken advantage of. She grabbed her phone and called Alex. She gave him a brief explanation, handed the phone to me and within MINUTES I was provided with a pre-approval. I was overwhelmed w/gratitude and cried like a baby. Before the end of the day, Alex walked me through accessing & providing all documentation needed to possibly close on the home of my dreams. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, grounded, patient & personable. I trusted him instantly. He went above & beyond in ways I've never experienced. THANK YOU× INFINITY! Rocket Mortgage ROCKS!!"

While Rocket Mortgage/Rocket has a very segmented division of labor relative to processing a loan (no one person is responsible for the process from start to finish, which creates difficulty in holding anyone accountable) Steven handled his portion very professionally. Overall, I had a relatively good experience with this process, but would strongly suggest to all to make sure you verify what you're initially told your loan will cost relative to what it actually does cost."

"In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage ...In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage insurance portion removed. I was put in touch with Lorina and after she listened to my concerns she asked if I minded if she put me on a brief hold because she wanted to look at a few things, I was looking to save about $50 a month so I agreed. In a very short time she came back on the line and said that after looking over my information she was not only positive she could save us the $50 a month that I had called about, but she in fact could do a refinance of my current mortgage, pay off some debts we had for 2 vehicles and credit cards and by doing that we would lower our monthly payments by over $1200 a month. Of course the first thing I wondered was how much money would we have to come up with out of pocket and she responded "ZERO". I told her I would have to discuss this with my wife and she assured me if either of us had any questions or concerns she would explain everything she was proposing and it would cost us nothing to consider it.............. bottom line is on September 16 2024 we closed on our new mortgage and are eternally grateful to Lorina for taking the time to see if it was at all possible to save us the $50 a month that I had called about, it's not often you receive a lot more then you are looking for, Thank You Lorina and the Rocket Mortgage Team.......
