Juan guided in the gathering of the necessary information for the loan, and was unfazed when I determined the specific property, of two possibilities, that was refinanced. Juan handed off the loan to a few other loan officers, but when an unresponsive 3rd party title company caused delay of the loan, Juan responded to my emails, and got the loan process rolling again, and he was able to extend the rate lock-in. I then selected a new, local to me, large and nationally recognized title company, and the home loan process then proceeded efficiently and rapidly. Several other loan officers became involved, but Juan was always available to clarify matters. Closing then occurred with dispatch, and everything worked out very well. I have now set up autopay.
