I decided to keep my existing mortgage and talk to my creditors myself to keep my low interest and look at the future. Today I was able to negotiate 23k at 0-4% with his guidance. Soon I will be in a better situation and he saved me from leveraging my only asset my home. As I told him today. Instead of walking with the storm I’m going against it. I’ve referred Rocket to my Parents that will be moving from Arizona back to Michigan. All because of our stellar experience with Andy Hanoush. He goes above and beyond and keeps communication open. Which helped our anxiety during the refinancing and HELOC process. He went to bat to get our loan closed in one month. He deserves a raise!!! We will only work with him when we refi again in 12-18 months. Rocket you have a fabulous guy working for you. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate him."
