We started the application that evening and here we are closing tomorrow on June 10th! I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding customer service provided by Kim. "Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and he listened to our situation and we filled out and submitted a new mortgage app over the phone on a Friday night at 7pm. We got the clear to close within a couple of days. A truly seamless transaction. We felt not only was this outcome better than. We could have asked for but we felt truly taken care of. You don’t see that a lot in this industry but Jeff did it gracefully and skillfully. I 110% recommend Jeff."
