It alerts you if you need to ...I began a VA mortgage application with Kalvin Kalen on October 4th, 2024. The process was relatively easy. Rocket has a web site which I registered for on that day. It alerts you if you need to complete a task. They also have a task bar which lets you know how the application is proceeding. In my case mine was a refinance to clear out a Heloc that got rather expensive and to take out some cash. From the 4th of October, application, to the closing date October 21st was just 17 days. Efficient and fast like a Rocket. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. A truly amazing process and the closing took place right on my lap top computer screen right from home. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. Kalvin Kalen you did a fine job putting it all together."

He was courteous, timely, and incredibly efficient with helping us to understand the nuances of this new mortgage. I can’t recommend Ethan enough to others who are in need of going through the mortgage process previous mortgage applications tended to be tedious and we’re riddled with a variety of stumbling points that led to great frustration working with Ethan at Rocket Mortgage was the smoothest most seamless application process I’ve ever engaged in thank you Ethan and thank you Rocket Mortgage for your outstanding treatment"

What I appreciate most is that when Melissa says a client is approved, she means it. She does her due diligence upfront, knows her guidelines, and doesn’t make promises she can’t deliver on. She consistently gets my clients to the closing table, even when the deal gets complicated.
