He first reached out earlier in the year, and we had several conversations about what kind of refinance was available at the time. The numbers didn't make sense, and while he did try to convince me they could short term, he backed off and let me proceed without changing my mortgage. A few months later some tweaks were made, and the rate and cost were such that it made sense now, and I proceeded with refinancing. Larson was persistent in getting my business but understood my vision and honored it. Would recommend Larson to anyone that was interested in working with Rocket Mortgage."

"Sean was awesome! We were looking for a house for a year...we found 3 houses we liked in that time....2 of which we lost out on. Then we finally found the perfect house and our offer was accepted. We were selling our current residence as well which was a nightmare. Because the lenders of the people purchasing our house didn't have their stuff together like Rocket Mortgage we almost lost the house we wanted. Sean made sure we didn't...he offered to call the seller, and contacted his realtor and when it came down to the wire "moved mountains" to make it happen. Every step of the way Rocket Mortgage was great and Sean was there for us. I'll never use another company. Thanks Sean!"

"I have had a number of loans through Rocket Mortgage. My finances are challenging since I own multiple properties some of them shared titles but not loans. Justin was able to correct underwriters a ...I have had a number of loans through Rocket Mortgage. My finances are challenging since I own multiple properties some of them shared titles but not loans. Justin was able to correct underwriters a number of times that they assumed incorrect positions. Also he helped upload a ton of my documents that I kept being asked to resubmit. Overall he made this easy it could have been a problem but this went quite well and If I do a loan with them again I hope I get Justin again. Thanks Justin. Should be 10 stars"

At the start Dallas gave us her full attention to understand what we needed and was able to get us the lowest possible interest rate pre-approved for maximum possible period locked-in interest rate even with unexpected circumstances of delayed closing process and etc. Dallas is very efficient at what she does. Once the required loan documents were uploaded, Dallas coordinated with underwriters and title company to close the mortgage loan for a final approval within a month. Now after one year, to convert our primary loan to investment property loan, she is helping us again and this time, we are confident she can close refinance within a month. We appreciate her so much! Thank you so much."

So we tried Rocket Mortgage, and our expectations were instantly met and then quickly exceeded. Chris was amazing, start to finish. We never felt like we were asking a dumb question, as she always took the time to answer and explain things thoroughly. Her industry knowledge and expertise were very apparent as we navigated the many twists, turns and potholes in the process. And maybe most importantly. we never felt like we were just another transaction to her, but rather that she genuinely cared about our situation and helping us to meet our goals. It's that human element of asking how we're doing, encouraging us when there were setbacks, and cel ebrating with us when there were triumphs. At any time of day, Chris was constantly going above and beyond to ensure every little detail was being handled perfectly, and that there would be no surprises. She made this entire process more enjoyable than we could have ever imagined. We were certainly not the easiest buyers, with our own unique set of challenges and indecisiveness, but she solved for each and every obstacle with kindness and patience.
