If she said something was going to happen (email, phone call, paperwork, etc.) it happened and...The greatest compliment I can give Keira is that she always was there for us and was a woman of her word. If she said something was going to happen (email, phone call, paperwork, etc.) it happened and almost on or before the deadline. She represents Rocket Mortgage with integrity and has a work ethic that is second to none. Our first contact with Rocket Mortgage was to simply inquire about a loan and to see if Rocket Mortgage could help us. We had talked to 5 banks locally and without doing anything other than having a brief phone conversation with me, told me there would be no way they would make a loan or that it would be conditional on us selling our previous home. Keira and I talked for about 10 minutes she asked me to apply and see what could be done. After we went through the initial application and she told she would see what was available and call me back later that afternoon at a set time. She did just that and took the time to explain the type of loan, the process that Rocket Mortgage would follow and how to set up our Rocket Mortgage.com account so that we could file all the required paper work. I spent the better part of an hour on the phone with her and she answered every question and addressed every concern I had. It was like that every time we talked, if there was a need for a return phone call, she would say can I call about (insert time) and every time she called back usually before the time she told me. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Keira and share my experiences with them. "

Even though the process moved impressively fast, it never felt rushed...just well supported every step of the way. Her entire team is fantastically organized, responsive, kind, and clearly experts at what they do. The whole experience felt calm, thoughtful, and human, which , truthfully, is not something we expected to say about buying a home.
