I ended up going with Rocket to purchase my first home and was paired with John to help the process and get me into a house. He was incredibly easy to work with and always made it seem as though he had my interests at heart and wanted to see me find a great home for a price and mortgage I could live with. I worried often about working with a company like Rocket and whether or not they would just see me as a number in their records, but John did not. John always stayed in communication if I had questions or concerns and promptly sorted all of them. He was continuously looking for ways to help and make sure we could land into the house we are in now when we were ready to move. I cannot say enough good things about him. 5 Rocketed Stars out of 5!"

Going into the purchase for my home I thought I was already knowledgeable, but Alana blew me away and taught me a thing or two. My purchase was going to be with a preferred lender for a new build, but I’m glad I gave Alana a chance to compete with their offer. She was wonderful to work with which is why I wanted to ultimately work with her on the transaction. When I went with the new build I didn’t think she’d have any chance, but she took the time to look at all the options to make sure I got the best deal. From working weekends and late nights to dealing with my temper tantrums, Alana couldn’t have been any better. It was a stressful process, but I won’t be going anywhere else for my future mortgages."
