She listened to me as I ...Well, I did an inquiry from Rocket Mortgage and was denied. A couple days past and received a call from Caroline. Let me first say she's amazing person and very good listener. She listened to me as I explained my situation and she wanted to help. Caroline started helping me with the approval process even though I was denied online, but she was able to come through and help me get the approval to purchase a house. She is outstanding with communication and people skills. Trust me when you think you don't stand a chance give Caroline a call, she works magic. I appreciate Caroline and highly recommend her especially when you are in a tough spot and don't think you can get approved. Caroline makes it happen and very experienced in this aspect. Can't thank here enough for her hard work."

I am still experiencing a problem with the creditor(Synchrony Bank). The check was sent via UPS Overnight on the 2nd of August and the bank said they have not received the check. I was notified by UPS that the check was delivered on the 5th of August, and the person who signed for the check. I have correspondence from the bank saying it could take up to 90 days for verification. Not good business in my opinion! ,"

"Service was quick and simple the only thing I have to complain about is Thursday evening I set my closing date the ext morning at 8 0 1 am my phone started ringing constantly with other mortgage ...Service was quick and simple the only thing I have to complain about is Thursday evening I set my closing date the ext morning at 8 0 1 am my phone started ringing constantly with other mortgage lenders the count to date is 87 calls through the week stopped counting Friday afternoon for not sharing info this is ridiculous had to turn the ringer off for a week due to the calls .am hoping this circus is over"

She went way above and beyond, it seemed ...Michelle continued to be persistent and attentive for months of struggle while getting a mortgage for me. I had been turned down a few times by other lenders. She went way above and beyond, it seemed no obstacle could stop her. And she did it! I actually do wonder sometimes if it was divine intervention, as many things were working against us. I am extremely happy now, I am helping stray dogs and cats and trying to be a positive role model for the kids in the neighborhood. I can do a lot of good for the community in a way I could not have done if not for Michelle. She is a wonderful human and I deeply am so grateful for her being there. If not for her I doubt I would be living in this house."
