The entire process was streamlined, from application to approval, making refinancing much less stressful than anticipated."

He had my back for the entire loan process and proved that he still has it, even after the fact. He never spammed or solicited for a review like some of the other agents at Rocket Mortgage did, but in fact, I requested a link to leave him this review because his customer service and professionalism deserve to be publicly appreciated. It alerts you if you need to ...I began a VA mortgage application with Kalvin Kalen on October 4th, 2024. The process was relatively easy. Rocket has a web site which I registered for on that day. It alerts you if you need to complete a task. They also have a task bar which lets you know how the application is proceeding. In my case mine was a refinance to clear out a Heloc that got rather expensive and to take out some cash. From the 4th of October, application, to the closing date October 21st was just 17 days. Efficient and fast like a Rocket. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. A truly amazing process and the closing took place right on my lap top computer screen right from home. Thanks to Rocket and my VA benefit. Kalvin Kalen you did a fine job putting it all together."
