He was ...Steven was the miracle that I didn't even know existed. Out of the blue he contacted me and I ordinarily don't listen to sales pitches, but there was something about him that was different. He was authentic and warm so for the first time in forever I listened to him. I would have never thought of refinancing my home to solve the financial problems that I was drowning in. He was the miracle, the answer, and the breath of fresh air that I needed. I felt that he would stand by me and patiently guide me through the process, which is exactly what he did. Of course, after I applied, I was bombarded with calls from every other lending institution in the area including the lender at my real estate office, but I was never influenced because I felt I needed to be loyal to Steven in the same way that he was loyal to me. He's a stellar individual and I would highly recommend him to everyone. He literally changed my life by bringing me peace and sanity at a very difficult time. I would have NEVER thought of a refi to solve my problems had it not been for Steven. I am very grateful and can't thank him enough. East process and took 20 days start to finish and could have been faster but my schedule pushed it out a few days. Very Happy customer thus far! "So it was time to refi. I went to a site that took my info and then BOOM! my phone bows up with ptential lenders. Amazingly I took the first call and was introduced to Marc Slenske of Rocket Mortgage....So it was time to refi. I went to a site that took my info and then BOOM! my phone bows up with ptential lenders. Amazingly I took the first call and was introduced to Marc Slenske of Rocket Mortgage. Well the rest is history. Right out of the gate we hit it off. I told him what I was looking for he took some notes and said he would get back to me. In the second phone call he reached out as a friend giving some advice as to the direction we should go. Well it was spot on , I never looked at our situation this way. I am so glad he took a chance and shared the direction for us to go with the refi. Marc all I can say is thank you again. We are experiencing the financial freedom that alluded us for so long.
