Beyond the professional role that Jake provides, he became the human component in a massive corporation that took an interest in our lives and situation to move us seamlessly through the process. I had been turned down a few times by other lenders. She went way above and beyond, it seemed no obstacle could stop her. And she did it! I actually do wonder sometimes if it was divine intervention, as many things were working against us. I am extremely happy now, I am helping stray dogs and cats and trying to be a positive role model for the kids in the neighborhood. I can do a lot of good for the community in a way I could not have done if not for Michelle. She is a wonderful human and I deeply am so grateful for her being there. If not for her I doubt I would be living in this house."
