She listened to me as I ...Well, I did an inquiry from Rocket Mortgage and was denied. A couple days past and received a call from Caroline. Let me first say she's amazing person and very good listener. She listened to me as I explained my situation and she wanted to help. Caroline started helping me with the approval process even though I was denied online, but she was able to come through and help me get the approval to purchase a house. She is outstanding with communication and people skills. Trust me when you think you don't stand a chance give Caroline a call, she works magic. I appreciate Caroline and highly recommend her especially when you are in a tough spot and don't think you can get approved. Caroline makes it happen and very experienced in this aspect. Can't thank here enough for her hard work."

I tried for days to work with him, gave many chances over, attempting to establish some kind of connection & understanding. This is NOT an experience I'd wish for anyone. I called the company back hoping to help them help HIM so it doesn't continue."
