I was a little tentative at the start of the process but Josh was patient and very clear on what needed to be done. This was, by FAR, the easiest process I have ever gone through pertaining my home and mortgages. He called me when something was needed. He called me when we finished a step to let me know it was done and acceptable. There was nothing in this that was not covered by him and covered extremely well. People need to let Josh take care of them when it comes to something like a mortgage!!!! 10 Stars!!!!!"

She is transparent, honest, kind, respectful, and will work so hard for you. She is extremely credible in her knowledge of the home buying market, interest rates, and financing for your home. Her communications skills are second to none and she will respond back in a timely manner via text or even call. I am a tough person to earn trust from and she won it over very quickly by her above and beyond efforts to help you. She even made time for us in person to go through every single number with you and what it means for you. She will keep you updated on interest rates as often as needed to give you the lowest rate possible. If I could have Shannon be my lender for every home I purchase for the rest of my life, the burden of home buying would be lifted from me immediately. What do I mean by that? He's One in a million! If I had a question, he would even answer me on his days off that's how dedicated he is to his clients. I felt truly overwhelmed since the last time I got a loan for a home within 2003. Things have changed dramatically. However he made it so easy for me and alleviated a lot of this anxiety that I was having. He looked long and hard to get me the best interest rate as well. If you are able to choose the loan officer that you work with, pick JB"
