Unasked, she called the Seller's agent and convinced him that our credit was excellent on a very important sale. It is impossible to say enough good things about Jeana and we recommend her to anyone looking for financing."

I know Rocket sometimes gets a bad rap for not being local, but they do have a branch in Fayetteville, and Joshua completely changed my perspective. From the first moment he was super responsive. He answered every one of my million questions with patience, explained every step of the process, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening from start to finish. This process had many twists and turns and at times was a bit stressful, but Josh made the entire experience smooth and reassuring even when it felt impossible. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful loan officer, I highly recommend reaching out to Joshua!"

But Alex was the main reason we stayed with Rocket for our mortgage loan. He was extremely helpful explaining our mortgage options, in particular the recasting option, which we will definitely use in the future. Nice guy, very professional, and always pleasant to chat with. Well done, Alex!"

We really appreciated his help-no hesitation on his part to do his best for us. He seemed to help speed things along so we were able to close sooner than expected."
