We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Jeff at Rocket Mortgage! From start to finish, he made the entire home loan process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Jeffrey was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and proactive—always taking the time to explain every detail and answer all our questions. We felt fully supported and confident throughout each step. Communication was top-notch; we were never left waiting or wondering what came next. Thanks to Jeff’s dedication and expertise, we secured a great loan and closed on our new home faster than we imagined. It truly felt like we had someone in our corner who cared as much about our success as we did. We highly recommend Jeff and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely caring mortgage professional. Thank you for helping make our dream home a reality! — Levi and Lenae"

The only thing that needs improving, and it's not Eric's fault, is a more electronic way of paying off your creditors instead of mailing paper checks. The mail service is unbelievably slow."
