She went out of her way several times to accommodate me during the mortgage financing process. She came up with super helpful solutions for me that a big name bank couldn't or wouldn't. I contacted Rocket Mortgage because I wasn't being taken care of too well by a major bank that I was right in the middle of an application with. They were laying the old bait and switch sales tactics on me and I became fed up with that game. And I was extremely fortunate to get Nancy on the other end of the line when I called Rocket. Nancy made all of the other bankers and mortgage professionals LOOK BAD!! And that is not an exaggeration on my part. She is patient, knowledgeable, and persistent at her job. If there is a way to get you over the hurdles, Nancy will find it!!! No other person I've ever dealt with in Nancy's field is like that. NONE!! If you call Rocket Mortgage, you'll be making a very good move, and I suggest that you ask for Nancy."

She recognized that one of the best ways to strengthen my offer/bid on the home was through having a fast close. She guaranteed a 14 day close when industry standard is 21 days and actually delivered- closing in just 8 days! She is very knowledgeable and communicates effectively removing any potential issues upfront. She is also a very good project manager ensuring everyone involved with the home buying is keeping things moving towards a successful outcome.
