I spoke to him many times because I was not comfortable having a second mortgage, but Kassem assured me that he was treating me like his mother, so I trusted him. When I phoned him with questions his response was prompt and he answered all my questions. If all person that works at Rocket Mortgage are as proficient as Kassem Hamam, the company have an excellent work force. Thus far, I have no complaints."

I didn't even realize until the closing but Ryan was the same agent that handled our first mortgage which is to say he was one of the reasons we even came back to Rocket for the next loan. He was very patient and easy to understand and made the process quick and easy. The entire loan process from start to finish was great and Sam was a big part of that."
