His level of comprehension had me awe struck, but his ability to verbally transcribe the obstacles, possibilities, and law/regulations in lament terms vocally were astounding. He is straight forward and upfront about your situation, be it credit, income, or whatever. When all others said no, he figured it out. He plays the long game. If you don't qualify today and months later things change, you will get a call, email, or text somewhere down the line. Yes even months later. My family and I will he forever greatful. My teenage son passed away from cancer and it devastated our lives in so many ways. Alex allowed us to stay in our home, payoff all our debts and become financially liquid. No foreclosure and monies left in our pockets to live comfortably, as long as we live with constraint and discipline by living within our means realistically. Thank you Alex.
