"So Nico was very helpful on my refinance on my mortgage. My only complaint was I attempted to call him after we signed for closing as he stated to me that he was going to make sure I got 2 months of ...So Nico was very helpful on my refinance on my mortgage. My only complaint was I attempted to call him after we signed for closing as he stated to me that he was going to make sure I got 2 months of no payment's. Come to find out he was no longer employed with Rocket and I was told there was no way to get two months, only one which is fine. I believe there could have been a misunderstanding somewhere down the line but I made sure to write it down during one of our conversations."
