He let me know that he had other customers, which I knew, in case he could not respond to my inquiries within a timely manner. I appreciated that. It did not take him long to respond to my call. So I went on your website and started a chat with Angelo. I liked what he was saying so I told him to stop the chat and call me. He took the time to listen to my situation and needs, and then explained my options and the one he felt was best for me. He guided me through the process, and was always good about returning my calls if he missed one from me. Without his help I could not have gotten the loan and as fast as I did. Thanks to his help I now have the new roof and gutters I needed, my credit accounts are paid off and I am in a much better position financially. He truly is asset to your company and if I needed to I would do business with Rocket again. Also if anyone asks me the best place to go for a loan I will recommend Rocket and Angelo."
