She also responded in a timely manner when we had questions or concerns. This made the process much more bearable. If you are lucky enough to get to work with Shirley, you will be well taken care of."

However, Danielle was disappointing. Our closing date was 9/11 and due to her poor follow through it was delayed to 9/14. On 9/9 she blamed the title company for dragging their feet. Then she disappeared on vacation without wrapping up her end of the process on 9/10. The loan was handed off to Crystal and she had to be pushed by myself to complete things by 9/11 so we could close on 9/14. Danielle caused undue STRESS to me, your dissappointed client."
