I also wanted to know if I started the process of refinancing would she be the point person all the way through the process, she assured me that she would be and she was available at every turn to answer my questions, even calm my fears about this being the right move for me to accomplish my goals. I have no complaints about working with Carlos, however, working with rocket mortgage its a completely different story, after 60 days when this nightmare was finally over, therms were COMPLETELY different from what Carlos originally gave me. Like I said before, I don’t have anything bad to say about working with Carlos. But the overall experience was not that good. I will give 5 stars to Carlos for sure and I will also recommend to have him as your banker."
