However, I reached out to Mike again, and he was quick to respond. He confirmed that Rocket Mortgage could satisfy the state requirements and efficiently guided me through the loan process. Mike was always available to answer my questions and responded promptly to my texts. Additionally, the loan closed much earlier than I had expected."

"Kaci was fantastic. He addressed each issue . Knowledgeable and polite as we navigated the process. Rocket unfortunately is awful with needing one thing after another to a ridiculous point."

"This guy doesn’t even return calls. I have had the WORST experience with one of Brian’s employees and Brian doesn’t seem to care. Worst refinance experience of my life."

Each time, because she has the experience and understands any urgency and works so quickly and accurately, she enabled us to respond quickly to get our new homes. She's straight forward and I like it that we can speak frankly and directly with her. And in the end, what counts too, is whether we can close. In both cases, we had tight deadlines but we were able to close. Am happy that we have an Eva to work with."

He did everything possible—and pulled off one or two seemingly "impossible" feats—to keep the entire process easy and stress-free for me. I jokingly told him that if he could actually make this deal happen, I’d have to name my next child after him. Well, he pulled it off... so I just hope the next baby is a boy! I cannot recommend John highly enough."

"Kirtis is amazing, he made my experience feel personal, as in he guided me on my financial plans. He even went further to look at a financial decision I should look into further down the line."
