Michael was diligent in getting me to submit the required documents to Rocket Morgage in a timely manner, but not being too pushy. As the loan closed, the previous financial structure Michael quoted was very accurate in APR, monthly mortgage payment, and insurance. It was a pleasant experience in working with Michael as my desire to complete refinancing was greatly influenced by his professionalism.
