She was amazing from start to finish. Always available when I had a question and super friendly and knowledgeable during the process ( and it is a process!). Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have Quardesa in the position she’s in. I’m going to miss talking to her but if I ever need this service again there’s only one person I’m going to ask for!"

She guided us through every step of the mortgage process with clear explanations and genuine care, making what can often feel overwhelming feel manageable and straightforward. Her responsiveness and willingness to answer all our questions (no matter how small) made a huge difference. She was always available, proactive in keeping us updated, and truly went above and beyond to help us secure the best outcome. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, our mortgage journey was smooth and successful. We couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer. If you’re looking for someone who is not only highly competent but also genuinely caring and helpful, we highly recommend Hannah! She is amazing!"

She walked around them and didn’t do a bridge loan. She stopped taking my calls after no longer being able to side step my questions. I almost lost the house because of all the issues. Plus I had to upload/email the same documents three times before anyone could find them. This was a very disorganized and stressful home buying experience that I’ll never repeat. This was my fourth home purchase and by far the worst."
