My credit is not the very best but it is decent and it really has to be. Don't expect them to be able to accomplish a un realistic home loan. Be honest with Rocket Mortgage and the team assigned to you but more importantly be honest with yourself. Don't expect miracles, know your budget, be prepared, be proactive and most importantly be patient and respond to their request immediately. It's your loan after-all even though you'll feel like the team is only working on your loan, keep in mind they are also working on others and their loans but their response to your concerns are still their highest priority. Even by email which in some cases are at odd late / early morning hours. Just shows you they are definitely working on your behalf to give you their very best effort to make your loan happen. If your expectations are realistic and your honestly expecting a good experience you'll be satisfied. Unless your assigned Loan specialist team is Logan and his team then good won't be "good enough" of a rating you'll actually recieve an excellent experience. Also would like to say to you all that Logan's team includes a beautiful coordinator/specialist named Taylor working on your loan and she is a Rockstar, I give Taylor 100 stars as she is fantastic in all areas as well. If I had to do it again I'd request and not quit requesting for Logan and Taylor to be assigned to accomplish my loan package that's how great they are. Logan and team made me the happiest new home owner i could be and like I stated above they are what makes the Veterans United Home Loan experience stand out among the rest."

I used the money to get most of the renovations done and then wanted to refinance that would take into account the renovations, so that I could finish the job. Andrew again was unbelievable in helping through the process and making sure I was getting the best situation/deal that I could. I did shop other mortgage companies. all were about the same. a reason I decided to go with Rocket Mortgage was Andrew. he seemed the most upfront and helpful of all the folks I talked to . he would be someone I would definitely continue to work with in the future."

The first time I talked to him was to refinance my home for a 15 yrs loan everything went smooth. He always returned my calls right away, no matter what it was about. He would explain things clearly to me so I could understand how everything was supposed to go. Then about a year later I decided to refinance my home for a lower rate. So I thought about calling him again and like the first time he locked me in a very low rate and was very satisfied with hin. Right now the rates have gone up and everything went well. I would recommend Jeff to everyone specially Veterans because he cares. I could go on but you get the idea. Jeff Kasten can be trusted. "

Somewhat a grouling process with constant trips to the lender and hours spent trying to call or awaiting a call in regards to pening item. Explored Rocket Mortgage based on great friend referral, but somewhat septical for the online option. Spoke to Alex post a quick and easy application. I cannot be more pleased with Alex and the transaction. Best experience I have ever had with a home purchase. I experienced challenges and set backs with my existing home sale, and he was very patient over the six months until we found the perfect home. Alex was always available and provided step by step assistance with every turn. He even proactively called just to check in, a greatly appreciated effort seeming unheard of with my previous experiences. I cannot thank Alex enough and strongly recommend him. I do not give accolades unless well deserved. "

He treated us like we were his only clients taking phone calls at all hours of the day when it was convenient for me, spending hours on the phone with me answering questions and walking me through forms, and calling sometimes multiple times per day to let me know what was going on with our approval process, what happens next, or to expect a call from someone else on his team. I felt like I was talking with an old friend from the minute I pressed submit on my online application. I'm honestly not sure he ever left the office or slept. I felt very informed, confident, and empowered throughout what is a very complex and confusing process. We had been pre-approved through the bank the previous year but were not able to find a house. I never heard back from the guy after he sent me the approval letter. Samuel was always prompt with replies to voicemails, phone calls, and emails and I was never left wondering. We also saved a lot of money through Rocket Mortgage and I'm sure Samuel played no small part in that as well. "

We had a somewhat interesting situation in that my husband is not a US citizen, and Ron went over the top in making sure that our documentation was in order and that we would be able to purchase our home. "When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage I received a call back from a lady that was extremely "to the point". I felt that she didn't care about Me! So I told her I changed my mind. A day or so later Joe called. Everything changed. He was very professional, but at the same time, he made me feel that he was looking out for my benefits. I was so relieved. Everything that happened after that was like smooth sailing. He tried all kinds of ways to get what was best for me before he found the right solution. One, I will say, I would not have chosen, without his guidance. After he explained a few things I realized he was right and went forward with the refinance. I have never had anything go so smoothly. He has contacted me since, just to let me know he is still there for me if I need him. Personally, I do not feel 5 is a good enough rating! Thanks Joe!!!!"
