I am still left in awe, not only at the mystical and magical timing of Gabi Rome's call to me, (I was unhappily mid-stream with another company) but also how she conducted herself through the whole process. Gabi is not only a professional of the highest quality, she is an authentic, loving, caring person who radiates on every level of her being her desire to help. I have never met a more positive and wonderful team leader! She empowered me as a woman by gracefully education me and patiently answering all my questions. I always felt supported which motivated me to keep pace with Gabi and her team so we could get to the finish line. I am excited for my closing which is in a few days, and I feel deeply humble and grateful that Gabi came into my life and was able to assist me with my refinance. I would highly recommend Gabi to those reading, and personally would never use anyone else! I will happily refer her to my friends and family, and have also told my accountant about her and he will use her for all of his clients needs. He gave me several hours of his time on lengthy phone discussions going over the details of Rocket Mortgage's offer and process and evaluating my scenarios for refinancing. He was very knowledgeable and experienced with how the Rocket Mortgage would proceed, including the portions of the process that were particularly confusing, he knew in advance that's how it would go. He was a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone in the future. My only comment on the entirety of the process to share with the reader is that Rocket Mortgage did not do a good job of obtaining the absolute latest payoff statements from my prior bank for either my mortgage or HELOC and it took a lot of last minute pressure for me to get them to do that. As a result, they were way off on their closing projections and actually failed to pay off my HELOC in as timely a manner as they intended to. I'm very happy with the overall experience and the financial outcome, but I think, particularly since they intend to move so quickly and efficiently, they should have taken this more seriously than they did. I don't think that has anything to do with Oscar, who was along for the ride and helped a lot in all regards."

At closing both agents and the title company confirmed it was, by far, the best experience with Rocket Mortgage they had ever had...and one of the easiest experiences they had ever had with any lending agency. There was high praise all around even though we had to move our closing date up a week due to scheduling conflicts. In addition, Alex helped us secure a better rate than both local lenders and national chains and kept us informed and engaged every step of the way. He is a true professional. Thanks Alex! If we purchase another house, Alex will be the first and only phone call my wife and I make."

"Hi, Jacob was amazing to work with. When he notified me that he would work my loan application, I was already stressed out because my home mortgage had just been sold again, for the third time in 1 ...Hi, Jacob was amazing to work with. When he notified me that he would work my loan application, I was already stressed out because my home mortgage had just been sold again, for the third time in 1 year and one month, and once again I was told by the new mortgage company that the original loan did not escrow enough property taxes (not even half of enough) and that I would need to send a large sum of money to cover the shortages (that both of the first two loan Escrows didn't cover. They gave me one month to send them $1,900 and the loan payment was still going to go up quite a bit. I paid the $1900, but I was devastated. Jacob assured me that he could find a loan package for me because I had excellent credit and had had a loan with Rocket Mortgage when I live in my previous home. Jacob was kind, thorough and professional in dealing with me. He communicated often until he went on Maternity Leave, I was very appreciative of that. I began to feel that Jacob would do everything that he said he would to assist me and I feel he went above and beyond. This is the kind of professional that we need in the business world to make our lives run a little smoother. I will always be grateful for the kind of service Jacob provided me."

I love that and feel like they are looking out for us because we probably wouldn’t have refinanced if he hadn’t called and we wouldn’t have saved money and years on our loan! I always rave about Rocket Mortgage and the fantastic service they’ve provided to us over the last 3 years. Probably will continue to work with them forever!"

She walked two very nervous seniors through the whole process with such knowledge of the system. She stayed calm every time I made a panic call about paperwork. She called me every day to see if I needed help with anything, or to just reassure me that things were going smoothly. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone, but when you call, ask for Diana Hamdan. You will get someone who is not only knowledgeable and professional but also wonderful to work with!"

"Honestly when I first thought about using Rocket Mortgage I was not really comfortable with the idea of using a company that I couldn't just walk in the door to talk to when or if a problem came up. ...Honestly when I first thought about using Rocket Mortgage I was not really comfortable with the idea of using a company that I couldn't just walk in the door to talk to when or if a problem came up. It almost held me back from using them until I called and spoke to Chris. His patience and understanding and the assurance he had of himself and the company really put me at ease and allowed me to start the process without all the worrying. EVERY step of the way Chris was here for us. I had his cell phone number which I'm sure he regretted but he never made me feel like I was a bother! If he couldn't answer when I called he would send me a text letting me know he would call me right back, and he always did. Extemely personable and very honest. We almost went with a different company and Chris allowed us to explore that option without making us feel obligated or bad and he was even helpful in giving us tips to ask the other company about. As it turned out thanks to Chris' advice the other company wasn't so much on the up and up and when I called Chris back he never gloated about his company being better he just said he was glad that we would be continuing the process with him. You can always hear his smile through the phone which makes spending money a little easier. We've been in the customer service field collectively for over 30 years and Chris is the epitome of what customer service means. Give him a call and let him make the home buying process as easy for you as he did for us!"

Scott worked with me and gave me the facts that I needed regarding refinancing or purchasing another home. I had been going through some medical problems at the same time and he showed compassion for what I was going through and never rushed me in making a decision..his patiences with me allowed me to take my time and let him know what I decided...He checked on me every so often as to which way I was going until I finally made up me mind...Very helpful and I want to thank him for his time and patience working with me...Thank you Scott...you made this very easy and within a months time we closed....Scott thank you very much for all you didi....
