Scott worked with me and gave me the facts that I needed regarding refinancing or purchasing another home. I had been going through some medical problems at the same time and he showed compassion for what I was going through and never rushed me in making a decision..his patiences with me allowed me to take my time and let him know what I decided...He checked on me every so often as to which way I was going until I finally made up me mind...Very helpful and I want to thank him for his time and patience working with me...Thank you Scott...you made this very easy and within a months time we closed....Scott thank you very much for all you didi.... "

I really appreciated that he took the time to answer our questions, and even took the time to call the listing agent of the home we were purchasing to assure her that there would be no issues in closing the loan. We had a somewhat interesting situation in that my husband is not a US citizen, and Ron went over the top in making sure that our documentation was in order and that we would be able to purchase our home. He made a very intimidating process seem so much easier! We are so thankful for his expertise and care for us during this exciting time."

"When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage I received a call back from a lady that was extremely "to the point". I felt that she didn't care about Me! So I told her I changed my mind. A day or so later...When I first contacted Rocket Mortgage I received a call back from a lady that was extremely "to the point". I felt that she didn't care about Me! So I told her I changed my mind. A day or so later Joe called. Everything changed. He was very professional, but at the same time, he made me feel that he was looking out for my benefits. I was so relieved. Everything that happened after that was like smooth sailing. He tried all kinds of ways to get what was best for me before he found the right solution. One, I will say, I would not have chosen, without his guidance. After he explained a few things I realized he was right and went forward with the refinance. I have never had anything go so smoothly. He has contacted me since, just to let me know he is still there for me if I need him. Personally, I do not feel 5 is a good enough rating! Thanks Joe!!!!"

On one occasion, I left Gary a voicemail when he was out-of-town; Gary had one of his teammates return my call to let me know that he received the message and he would get back with us as soon as he returned to the office. Gary was available to us throughout the entire process, even after we had moved on the next level of support. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Gary! He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to."

After having a bad experience and nearly leaving quickin loans for a different mortgage broker Brian put together a team that was able to save my mortgage and keep my same closing date. Though I have a unique situation which didn't allow me to communicate often, Brian and his team were clear with what they needed and helped me take care of the task. I have since reached out to Brian for a few follow-up questions and he has been very helpful and responded quickly. This is my second Mortgage with Rocket Mortgage and I recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends. You will be lucky if you have a chance to have Brian's team working on your mortage."

The first time I talked to him was to refinance my home for a 15 yrs loan everything went smooth. He always returned my calls right away, no matter what it was about. He would explain things clearly to me so I could understand how everything was supposed to go. Then about a year later I decided to refinance my home for a lower rate. So I thought about calling him again and like the first time he locked me in a very low rate and was very satisfied with hin. Right now the rates have gone up and everything went well. I would recommend Jeff to everyone specially Veterans because he cares. I could go on but you get the idea. Jeff Kasten can be trusted. "

"James is nothing short of a hero. I and my family were looking for a home to buy, James made it super easy to get the pre-approval done, within minutes we had the opportunity to start looking for our home. Once we made the offer, James was quick to convince the sellers agent that Rocket Mortgage could move fast enough to close on a very tight deadline, I think him being able to convince the seller that we were good on getting a loan was critical to our offer getting accepted. Once the offer was made, James was able to understand that as first time home buyers we would be strapped for cash if we made 20% down, and worked with us to get loan at same rate for lesser down payment. I think that James and his team have been very diligent in handling our loan, they have been proactive trying to figure out potential pitfalls and remedy them, but more than being professional I appreciate them being able to understand human side of things and genuine willingness to help their customers get the home that they want."

Needless to say, after getting nowhere with the banker assigned to me, I tore my filing system apart and literally yelled "YES" when I found his email. Within 20 minutes, of phone time, the deal was done. When you interact with Bob, it's like talking with a friend you've known all your life who just happens to be a "PRESIDENTS CLUB" banker at Rocket Mortgage. You'll feel like you have a guy on the inside. I won't misplace Bob's number again. Rocket Mortgage, along with Bob, make for a great team and a walk in the park with what normally would be a huge, stressful process. THANKS BOB!!!"
