From there on the journey through the entire process was smooth. Starting with initial explanation of how it works with Rocket Mortgage she did all the calculations over the phone and gave the best possible deal. It was a win-win situation as I had to combine 2 loans into one and remove the interest only second loan. Maha had a good knowledge of refinance and advised as and when needed. Now the loan closing is done and my first month due is in October. I am saving about $400 paid as interest only. Even got my initial $$$ back immediately. Great to work with Maha and Rocket Mortgage."

So I was told my next step was to find a lender, I went to two different lenders who promised to help me get into my dream home but after all the running around they gave me they told me flat out that they could not help me and I was unhelpable! It definitely tore my heart out and I was sad! I decided to try one more time and found Anthony. I told him my story and he gave me a heartfelt promise that he would do everything in his power to get me into my dream home no matter what. I was a bit skeptical at first because the other two told me pretty much the same thing. But there was something about Anthony that made me really believe him! He made the process so easy and it was so fast in 2 months the home that I was told that I could never own was mine and me and my family love it to pieces and it's all things to Anthony at Rocket Mortgage! Anthony wasn't just someone doing his job he was someone who was determined to get this family into the home that belong to them! After all is said and done this journey ended or should I say started with us in our new home and Anthony as not only a friend but family! I had no ...Lisa was amazing! I'm a first time home owner and have 0 experience in buying property. I have rented a house for 5 years and my landlords decided to sell. Well, i decided to buy it. I had no realtor to guide me in what to do or even where to start. Luckily Lisa was there 100% the whole time. Lisa was extreme friendly and found so many options for me and made it not confusing at all. She found me the best rates and mortgage for me. If i ever had a question, she was there to answer immediately. I even received text messages late at night. I work super long hours so it was difficult for me to actually get in contact with her. Lisa understood that and kept in contact with me via text and email. If i was able to call in the short amount of time i had, i told her what time would work and she was always there to answer the phone and answer questions. She was even there when i got closer to closing and i was having a little freak out about the disclosure. She even added some discounts to get my estimate back down to what it was. Due to my debt to income ratio, my closing was going to be way more than i could afford (almost 2 times the amount my original estimate said) She got it down to the original estimate and apologized for making me freak out. She calmed me down and made me feel like i was heard and made sure that i understood everything. Without her i wouldn't have been able to buy this house. Thank you Lisa for all your knowledge and for being so kind to me during this difficult stressful time of year."

Immediately, I could communicate my needs and understand what Orval was offering. He communicated clearly and answered questions knowledgeably. I had confidence because he told me the truth. He asked a few questions, then called back with an option I had been told I couldn't do by three different experts in debt resolution. I called Orval when I had real questions throughout the process with excellent results every time. Orval is honest and knows how to listen to the client. This review is for his supervisors more than future clients. I highly recommend Orval to anyone needing information on loan options for any situation. He should be recognized for his caring, and personal touch, that kept me comfortable during the entire process. He was there when I called yesterday with a question. I just went through the easiest closing possible in my own home. While there were other experts in different departments I talked with throughout the process, Orval was the one I trusted. He was honest, direct, and available. I do not know how to recommend him any higher."
