As my refinancing was due to a divorce and having to have had encountered some difficulties with other banks, Maury was able to make me feel at ease with the entire refinancing process with Rocket Mortgage. At the end of it all, my loan closed with no problems, my divorce was finalized and I am now the sole owner of my home. I would 100% recommend Rocket Mortgage's team and most of all, Maury. He always did what he said he ...Working with Brandon was a pure pleasure. It was 35 years since I last applied for a mortgage so I needed someone who was honest and patient, Brandon was always both. He always did what he said he would and checked in with me almost daily keeping me calm and informed of our progress. He knew what he was doing and accomplished everything smoothly and error free. He got me using the Rocket Mortgage Portal and associated tools which was a big help for both of us. I wish he was my only point of contact throughout the process but I understand there is a system in place and protocols to be followed. Some of the others that I dealt with just weren't on par with Brandon. Of course, knowing Brandon I knew he was only a phone call or email away from getting involved and getting us back on course. He is certainly an asset to Rocket Mortgage and if I ever need to get into a housing loan again I will call Brandon. "

We went to three different local banks to do this. Time after time we were disappointed with the service we got from those banks. None of these banks had the knowledge or will to work with us and a VA loan. I spoke with Joe Waters at Rocket Mortgage and all I really was doing was asking basic questions about the refinance process. Joe was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had.After speaking with Joe, I thought that instead of putting our house on the market and finding another house we could stay in the house we made into a home.However, I knew that to really get this process going my wife Jody would have to get on board. I arranged a time that Joe, Jody and myself could get on the phone together. Joe went thru the refinance process with us and explained what would be required of us. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions. Once we decided that this was the best choice for our family, and began the process, Joe walked us thru every step of the application and background.The time it took for us to do the paperwork was actually alot easier than I thought it would be. We are closing our loan on August 8th. I am deploying to South East Asia for a year and am currently in training for this mission. We wanted to do some improvement projects on the house prior to my leaving. To know that Jody wont have to worry about fixing the bathroom downstairs or replacing the window upstairs while Im on this deployment will be a heavy load off my mind. My loans were a little complicated, but Sarah tackled them and made it happen. She provided the guidance I needed to complete all necessary documentation which made it extremely easy for me. She returned telephone calls, texts and e-mails in a "rapid-response" time frame - almost unheard of in these current times. She was a great support throughout the entire loan process. She never grew frustrated with me when I called with a problem and just patiently worked with me to find a solution. When COVID -19 presented its share of obstacles, which delayed my getting necessary documentation, Sarah assured me that it was not a problem and my loan would not be in jeopardy while we waited. Sarah dots her I's and crosses her T's and gets it right the first time. We were introduced to a very pleasant professional by the name of Olivia Smith. In fact, we spent most of the day with her. She was most charming and knowledgeable about the mortgage business and very patient with our computer illiteracy. She was most reassuring that the remaining process was be completely harmless and would continue in a rather quickly fashion bearing receipt of pertinent information for qualification on our part. All in all, we would surmise that Rocket Mortgage and Mr. and Ms. Dickerson has a great asset in Olivia Smith! Norman and Cathleen "
