We have had several Rocket Mortgage before, but for some reason we got into a process with another loan company; we even got to the closing and signatures. The Notary was informed 1 hour before the signing, and had very little time to organize and be ready for the signing - the papers were not ready and were full of errors; so we just canceled out of the process and got directly in touch with Rocket Mortgage. Then Alvin came into the picture - fully understanding our embarassment from not going with Rocket Mortgage in the first place. He gave us the royal service - he really knows what he is doing - and the whole loan process was completed witout a bunch of going back and forth and without delays. I hope Alvin is still with Rocket Mortgage next time we need a mortgage change - he is the best I have ever seen with no exceptions."

He was able to take my refinance idea, which was only a baby step to my long term retirement goals, and with my long term goals in mind he was able to help me change my refinance idea, into my ultimate vision of financial security for retirement, and help me to make it a reality so much more quickly than I could have imagined. By paying off mine and my husbands debt through our home refinance we will be able to survive on a single income and live very comfortably with me working locally and only part time, instead of living check-to-check, and we will have emergency money available on our currently maxed credit cards that we are paying off along with improved credit scores. That way when we refinance again to get rid of our fha and pmi we will qualify for best rates and perks with excellent credit! Thanks Chad for helping me to realize the potential of the "Avalanche effect"! It feels wonderful not be drowning in debt!"

I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that ...Mikayla was a dream to work with. She refinanced our home the first time we did a refinance and then reached back out when rates lowered. I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that she’d be able to do much since we had done our first refinance less than a year prior. But we were able to move from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage for about $100 more a month. She also provided 2 other options that didn’t include raising our monthly payment, but this made the most sense for us. I’d give Mikayla 10 stars if I could, honestly. I swear, she must work around the clock because she seemed to always be available, timely, provided correct information, and was super pleasant to work with. We were able to go from our first chat to scheduling closing in less than a week. I’m beyond happy with the service that she provided!"

After a few minutes of review Samer put together a plan for me—absolutely no pressure. He said it would take about thirty days and he was right on target. Samer was very polite and easy to work with. He called several times to see if I had any questions and to reassure me of the loan progress. I gave him five stars only because that’s the most this program allows—the system doesn’t allow ten. I highly recommend Samer and am thankful for his professionalism."

He would check in with me through every part, no matter who was handling that particular part, to make sure I had every question answered. By the time the loan was complete Tim felt like an old friend. While the loan was always our focus, he would hesitate to chat about other things. I never felt like "just another customer." He truly cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to call him again, and I will always recommend him as well as Rocket Mortgage to anyone who asks."
