She called me on weekends and after hours, she reached out to keep me updated on changes to our rate, she quickly responded with answers to my questions, she was amazing to work with. Her customer service was impeccable and she was so friendly. This was my first home and I cannot overstate how Bobbie was supportive, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, very patient with a nervous first time buyer. :) We managed to close in 20 days because she was so responsive, efficient, and communicative. I would work with her again in a heartbeat for my next home. Thank you so much for your hard work. We could not have done it without you. "

You were also patient in allowing me the time I had asked for to talk to others. In doing that I was able to speak to someone that I personally know who had their home refinanced with Rocket Mortgage and gave Q.L high marks...And most importantly you were a man of your word... when you said you were going to call you did. I felt you were concern about me as an individual and a homeowner, and not just concerned with capturing another sale. Within two minutes of completing Rocket Mortgage’s online questionnaire about my desire/ability to purchase a house, I was speaking to Joseph, who, along with my real estate agent, ended up being my greatest counselor during the whole homebuying process. Whenever I had any question, he responded with great satisfaction… weeknights, weekends, whenever. He walked me through everything, from the approval process to the closing process, providing valuable insight all the way. He talked me through all the paperwork, through all the seller negotiation details and through all the closing specifics. "I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket ...I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket Mortgage just for a second opinion. I was on my out the door as I was calling and Joe got me a quote within minutes. And he beat my current mortgage holder!! Well that was a no brainier! But it gets even better! The whole process with Joe and his team was very smooth and we closed in about 3 weeks. Everything from the electronic signatures to the notary coming to my house. I even loved that they had the date already filled in on the documents for my closing. And I especially liked my copy of the closing documents. It was all in a binder form (no loose documents!) and color coordinated. How simple is that. I have already referred Joe to my coworkers and family and will definitely keep his number handy. How often do you deal with the same person throughout the process that you originally talked to on the phone? Thank you again Joe, to you and your team!!"

He was always very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! He provided me with my pre approval and then stayed with me as I looked for the perfect home. He called me on a weekly basis to check on how my search was going, and when I needed an updated pre approval letter he was always happy to assist me with a new one. Adam was especially helpful in advising me on the proper steps to take to ensure that my loan my was not delayed or denied before closing. When I first came to Rocket Mortgage, I was a bit fearful since I am self-employed, but Adam made the loan process a breeze for me! If I could give him ten stars...I would happily give him 11!!!"

From then on my phone and mailbox was filling up with other companies texting ,calling and mailing their packages. The other companies I talked to was pushy , and was rushing me to make a instant decision now . Really stressing me out. Victoria gave me the information . She understood this was not a decision I could rushed into being a single women. She locked me into a rate and gave me the time to look around and check with my local banks. "Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some...Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some crazy hour like 11.15pm (he works very long hours!) looking to get an approval letter for a higher amount than I already had, he contacted me from home and went straight to work getting me that approval letter, it arrived in my inbox at around 2am! I still feel bad for imposing on him in such a manner (and I'm not suggesting anyone else should do so unless absolutely necessary!) but it's just a great example of how hard Justin works for his clients. Right from the initial web chat to the point where my offer was accepted, Justin kept in contact to see how the house hunt was progressing. This being my first time buying in the US, I needed a lot of guidance and Justin really came through for me, I really can't recommend him highly enough!"
