We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with Rocket Mortgage. She was still eager to help and got everything setup with Rocket Mortgage before our original lender, even though we started with Rocket Mortgage later! It was extremely reassuring to know we had a great backup plan if things were to fall through with the other lender. Mary was responsive, polite, and explained things very clearly! We were actually bittersweet that things ended up working out on the other front, and although we did end up voluntarily withdrawing from Rocket Mortgage, it was for no fault of Mary's nor Rocket Mortgage. We would recommend Mary to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for your time Mary; it was more helpful than I think you realize! Cheers!"

"Wow! I called Rocket Mortgage just about two weeks before our intended closing, when another lender associated with the builder of our home came in with an interest rate far higher than the ...Wow! I called Rocket Mortgage just about two weeks before our intended closing, when another lender associated with the builder of our home came in with an interest rate far higher than the "competitive rate" that they promised early in the building process. I just had attempted to get an interest rate quote, when Sandra Henany talked with me about my loan. She advised they could do far better, and wow, was she right. We closed about three weeks later, due to a delay from the builder, not because Rocket (Rocket Mortgage) wasn't ready! So, they went from no data on me at all, to complete approval in just a few days, and then closed the loan about three weeks later, in the most painless mortgage I've ever applied for in my life (I've had five previously). The whole thing was truly amazing, and I cannot give Sandra enough credit, plus my loan payments are several hundred dollars less than the major mortgage company my builder was associated with! Thank you again, Sandra. You are just great!!!"

However, my attitude quickly changed with my initial conversation with Drew. Drew promised that this time would be better and he would work hard to change my opinion of Rocket. I’ll admit I’m probably not the easiest client. I can be a bit disorganized and occasionally slow to respond, but Trevor handled my haphazard approach with patience and professionalism. He anticipated my every need and very thoroughly and patiently guided me in the correct path. Because of his"extra mile" assistance, I was able to realize all my financial goals through the refinance. The other people who completed the process were also very good, but Andy's assistance helped guide me through and I shall always be grateful, as will my family which was very skeptical that I could accomplish the refinance. All my dreads were answered up front, ( I am a doubting Thomas, so checked him out ,too!) Rocket Mortgage has always been a really good mortgage company for my husband and myself, with reasonable payments, good interest rates, and easy to work with, always there to answer any questions. Encouraging words and gentle inquiries as to whether or not, I had any questions along the way. More like talking to a friend , as opposed to a business person. I truly appreciated that aspect. I recommend Rocket Mortgage to all my friends , to check them out first, if looking for a home loan, renovation loan, or whatever. They will help if they can. Any of the crew that I spoke with, was warm and friendly, became personal , never intimidating in any way. They must really like their jobs ! I will continue to call Bill, or Carolyn, I truly know they have time for me. I am not just a " closed Loan" ,to them. I think that is why Rocket Mortgage are ranked the best in their field.
