All my dreads were answered up front, ( I am a doubting Thomas, so checked him out ,too!) Rocket Mortgage has always been a really good mortgage company for my husband and myself, with reasonable payments, good interest rates, and easy to work with, always there to answer any questions. Encouraging words and gentle inquiries as to whether or not, I had any questions along the way. More like talking to a friend , as opposed to a business person. I truly appreciated that aspect. I recommend Rocket Mortgage to all my friends , to check them out first, if looking for a home loan, renovation loan, or whatever. They will help if they can. Any of the crew that I spoke with, was warm and friendly, became personal , never intimidating in any way. They must really like their jobs ! I will continue to call Bill, or Carolyn, I truly know they have time for me. I am not just a " closed Loan" ,to them. I think that is why Rocket Mortgage are ranked the best in their field. They work hard to keep the door open for future business. But, they also hire good people to take ake care of us along the way ! Thank you, Bill Malis, you have done me a great service ! He explained to me how the Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage rate lock worked and how to get set up on the site to check the status of my re-fi and submit any information required from me. He was very prompt in getting back with me regarding any questions I may have had and explained things simply yet concisely. He was my primary point of contact throughout the process. He was always polite, respectful, to the point and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone I know who might be considering a mortgage on a home or a re-fi. From that time on everything that Ron told and explained to me was exactly as he said. My loan closed in less than thirty days and Ron and his team held my hand all the way! He guided us through every step of the mortgage process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt informed and confident along the way. Financing a home can feel overwhelming, but Alex made the process feel smooth and manageable. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interest, giving us honest guidance, and helping us make the best decisions for our situation. His communication, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping everything on track made such a difference. No matter the time of day (nights and weekends included), he was available to answer our questions. We are so grateful for Alex’s support and would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home. After a hard search, we finally found the right house we really wanted. I knew the process of getting a mortgage and getting it closed was going to be lengthy and challenging. Time was not on my side, as I needed to get this loan closed in 30 days or less. I was lucky to find Len Schneider to start my mortgage process. From the 1st conversation we had, he was extremely professional and always there to help. We had gone through the entire process and ran into a problem some challenging issues that almost made the deal fall through. Len was going to find a solution for us no matter what. In the world today, where it is so hard to get customer service and people are always looking to say “no,” Len was the total opposite. The entire process he looked for ways to close the deal and make the loan happen. I closed last week on the loan and am proud to say, that with his help, 30 day escrows are still possible! We could not have done it without the help of Len and his entire team. He is someone I will recommend to anyone I know looking for a mortgage. But, Trevor made contact with me right after I filled out the initial form, and was with us every step of the way, including following up with us after the loan was closed. We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with Rocket Mortgage. She was still eager to help and got everything setup with Rocket Mortgage before our original lender, even though we started with Rocket Mortgage later! It was extremely reassuring to know we had a great backup plan if things were to fall through with the other lender. Mary was responsive, polite, and explained things very clearly! We were actually bittersweet that things ended up working out on the other front, and although we did end up voluntarily withdrawing from Rocket Mortgage, it was for no fault of Mary's nor Rocket Mortgage. We would recommend Mary to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for your time Mary; it was more helpful than I think you realize! Cheers!"
