Kary was very personable and professional, and easy to work with! Our loan closed super quick (in less than 3 weeks) with no issues. Highly recommend Kary and Rocket Mortgage if you are looking to purchase a new home or refinance your existing mortgage!"

Sean has kept us coming ...I've been meaning to write this for a while. My husband and I have been working with Rocket Mortgage for years. We "met" Sean when we refinanced our former house years ago. Sean has kept us coming back. We have sold, bought, sold and bought and refinanced with Sean! His customer service is second to none. He is patient, has a sense of humor, explains things in a way that a "non finance" type person can understand. There have been some "bumps" in other areas of Rocket Mortgage and Sean, even though it was NOT his error or area, went above and beyond to help us find who to reach out to. He truly cares. As long as Sean is there we will continue to work with Rocket Mortgage. I only wish Sean could be in every step with us as he is truly the best!"

From that time on everything that Ron told and explained to me was exactly as he said. My loan closed in less than thirty days and Ron and his team held my hand all the way! Never did I hear him get annoyed or frustrated with me nor felt being brushed off by him. To be honest, those qualities ment so much to me as a first time home buyer because I was learning as we went along the process and I needed things repeated a few times. After a few minutes of review Samer put together a plan for me—absolutely no pressure. He said it would take about thirty days and he was right on target. Samer was very polite and easy to work with. He called several times to see if I had any questions and to reassure me of the loan progress. I gave him five stars only because that’s the most this program allows—the system doesn’t allow ten. I highly recommend Samer and am thankful for his professionalism."
