I felt it was imperative in sending you the information personally. I wish to acknowledge the professional service provided by Angela, as one excellent employee and her great knowledge the assistance I needed. No one worked as diligently to assure that the service received was done correctly as she did. Her professionalism and demeanor were caring, impressive and she did everything to make sure all my questions were addressed. This personal experience of this ONE employee out weighted any customer service I have ever received. This was based on your a broad awareness of her position and so much more. I will rate her over an excellent 10 plus on any survey personally. Angela made me feel as a customer appreciated and advised me what I can expect from Rocket Mortgage with any future transactions. I felt impell to share this experience with you based this customer service. We've all had terrible customer service experiences. Personally, when I have an option to change service providers based on receiving poor customer service, I give the company one or more opportunities to make it up before I sever all ties with them and look for an alternative. It's incredibly important to listen to what an individual is saying to you. Listen objectively and ask questions to get to the core of the customer's concerns, so that they can be helped quickly and efficiently. She did her job with the utmost professionalism and customer service. Please make sure corporate is made aware of my appreciation and my desire to request her personally, for future services. Prime example of an individual who will go above and beyond for you and your family. Buying a home can be very scary for new time buyers but Jose is very good at what he does and made us feel extremely comfortable. I had the chance to meet Kenneth, I worked with Kenneth on my last home loan, I enjoyed speaking with him from our first introduction to the end of the purchase, I relied heavily on Kenneth's answers to my questions, he is very knowledgeable and I could and did ask him a lot of questions, even when we were both so busy, we emailed one another and the response time was short, sometimes he called to check on me and see how I was doing.and when I was really stressed he was able to answer questions and keep me calmed down. I enjoyed working with Kenneth and would suggest that any one even considering a loan, talk with Kenneth. He was reliable, honest and worked very hard to make every thing clear to me and keep me on track, Thanks to Kenneth and all the other folks I had the opportunity to work with I am in my second home and look forward to working with them all again in the future for my retirement home. Mr. Carlin was able to determine the reason for the failure of the first company and took the necessary steps to get my VA refinance completed. He provided complete oversight of the many parts of the process and I felt like I was his most important customer from day one. I am very thankful for John's patience and professionalism and would highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone trying to wade through the difficult process of refinancing their home. I called early in the on-line process to clarify a minor matter, and Anthony answered my question quickly and concisely with a solution. He then gained my confidence quickly, and basically led me through the rest of the on-line application from that point forward. The entire process went very quickly, and he validated all of the answers, as well as my uploads. When complete, he quickly summarized what was done and submitted, and what the final steps would be at that time. Anthony described each step in the process, and set my expectations for each following step, explaining the process and the timing thereafter. After the initial application, Anthony followed up to offer individual support and help and appropriate intervals. Anthony earned my confidence quickly, and always exceeded my expectations. A Anthony made my experience with Rocket outstanding!"

It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, ...I was fortunate to encounter Rachel in my loan process with Rocket Mortgage. I want to find the right words to characterize the process. It’s to simple to say she answered all my questions, but it is also accurate. More precisely, Rachel engaged other experts when my questions went to a different level. It’s not that she had not addressed my questions correctly, it was something fundamental. Perhaps realizing the limits of her own understanding, she engaged a technical expert in the finer details of lending, that most don’t need clarified. In the process, the response I received on what was the best choice for me converged to the same answer as my simulations. I didn’t understand why my simulations converged to where they did, but there were hidden fundamentals I simply could not have known. Thank you Rachel for realizing that I am not your common client, and that I needed a higher level explanation than most. You put me first. I’ll never forget. You are the best. (:"
