What stood out most was his personal approach—he took the time to understand our goals and presented options that aligned with them, including opportunities we hadn’t initially considered. I’ll admit I’m probably not the easiest client. I can be a bit disorganized and occasionally slow to respond, but Trevor handled my haphazard approach with patience and professionalism. He kept everything moving forward and ultimately got us across the finish line. His experience, knowledge, and genuine commitment to his clients are evident. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. 10/10."

"I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket ...I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket Mortgage just for a second opinion. I was on my out the door as I was calling and Joe got me a quote within minutes. And he beat my current mortgage holder!! Well that was a no brainier! But it gets even better! The whole process with Joe and his team was very smooth and we closed in about 3 weeks. Everything from the electronic signatures to the notary coming to my house. I even loved that they had the date already filled in on the documents for my closing. And I especially liked my copy of the closing documents. It was all in a binder form (no loose documents!) and color coordinated. How simple is that. I have already referred Joe to my coworkers and family and will definitely keep his number handy. How often do you deal with the same person throughout the process that you originally talked to on the phone? Thank you again Joe, to you and your team!!"

"I called Rocket. Dan connected with me at a time convenient for both of us and we completed a mortgage application within 3 hours. It was a long call but I had all of the information he requested and ...I called Rocket. Dan connected with me at a time convenient for both of us and we completed a mortgage application within 3 hours. It was a long call but I had all of the information he requested and we forged ahead. Within a day the application was complete and we had a tentative approval in no time flat! Dan stayed with me until the next section when I was switched to another person on the following team. Even then, he took my calls and answered questions that came up. Eighteen days later, we will sit at the settlement table. This might not have been the quickest mortgage Dan has worked with but his professionalism and doggedness allowed us to complete with a remarkably shirt time period and an absolute minimum of issues. Thank you!"

He anticipated my every need and very thoroughly and patiently guided me in the correct path. Because of his"extra mile" assistance, I was able to realize all my financial goals through the refinance. The other people who completed the process were also very good, but Andy's assistance helped guide me through and I shall always be grateful, as will my family which was very skeptical that I could accomplish the refinance. From the very beginning of my mortgage process, Eric was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. My situation involved several unique circumstances and moving parts, but Eric took the time to listen carefully, understand the complexities of my loan, and walk me through at least three different financing scenarios so I could make the best decision for my family and my future. What impressed me most was his commitment to communication. Throughout the entire process, Eric never left me wondering what was happening or where things stood. Even after my file moved on to the senior loan processor and closing specialist, he remained actively involved and continued checking in to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. When an unexpected issue arose on my original closing date, Eric went above and beyond, working overtime behind the scenes to help resolve the problem and make sure I was able to close the very next day. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about both his professionalism and his commitment to his clients. All my dreads were answered up front, ( I am a doubting Thomas, so checked him out ,too!) Rocket Mortgage has always been a really good mortgage company for my husband and myself, with reasonable payments, good interest rates, and easy to work with, always there to answer any questions. Encouraging words and gentle inquiries as to whether or not, I had any questions along the way. More like talking to a friend , as opposed to a business person. I truly appreciated that aspect. I recommend Rocket Mortgage to all my friends , to check them out first, if looking for a home loan, renovation loan, or whatever. They will help if they can. Any of the crew that I spoke with, was warm and friendly, became personal , never intimidating in any way. They must really like their jobs ! I will continue to call Bill, or Carolyn, I truly know they have time for me. I am not just a " closed Loan" ,to them. I think that is why Rocket Mortgage are ranked the best in their field.
