He called me on a weekly basis to check on how my search was going, and when I needed an updated pre approval letter he was always happy to assist me with a new one. Adam was especially helpful in advising me on the proper steps to take to ensure that my loan my was not delayed or denied before closing. When I first came to Rocket Mortgage, I was a bit fearful since I am self-employed, but Adam made the loan process a breeze for me! If I could give him ten stars...I would happily give him 11!!!"

He responded to phone calls and emails quickly, and was always willing to explain what was happening as many times as needed if I was having trouble figuring it all out. He would check in with me through every part, no matter who was handling that particular part, to make sure I had every question answered. By the time the loan was complete Tim felt like an old friend. While the loan was always our focus, he would hesitate to chat about other things. I never felt like "just another customer." He truly cares about his clients. I would not hesitate to call him again, and I will always recommend him as well as Rocket Mortgage to anyone who asks."

All my dreads were answered up front, ( I am a doubting Thomas, so checked him out ,too!) Rocket Mortgage has always been a really good mortgage company for my husband and myself, with reasonable payments, good interest rates, and easy to work with, always there to answer any questions. Encouraging words and gentle inquiries as to whether or not, I had any questions along the way. More like talking to a friend , as opposed to a business person. I truly appreciated that aspect. I recommend Rocket Mortgage to all my friends , to check them out first, if looking for a home loan, renovation loan, or whatever. They will help if they can. Any of the crew that I spoke with, was warm and friendly, became personal , never intimidating in any way. They must really like their jobs ! I will continue to call Bill, or Carolyn, I truly know they have time for me. I am not just a " closed Loan" ,to them. I think that is why Rocket Mortgage are ranked the best in their field. I had to get some work done on my home so in doing the process and not receiving the loan I was very discourage at the time. Jacob was so helpful , understanding and caring that I told him if I came back I would only do a loan with him . So that’s exactly what I did. It didn’t go as smooth as I would like this time but once again because of Jacob I persevered and refinanced my home. I have told my friends and family about Jacob . I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that ...Mikayla was a dream to work with. She refinanced our home the first time we did a refinance and then reached back out when rates lowered. I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that she’d be able to do much since we had done our first refinance less than a year prior. But we were able to move from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage for about $100 more a month. She also provided 2 other options that didn’t include raising our monthly payment, but this made the most sense for us. I’d give Mikayla 10 stars if I could, honestly. I swear, she must work around the clock because she seemed to always be available, timely, provided correct information, and was super pleasant to work with. We were able to go from our first chat to scheduling closing in less than a week. I’m beyond happy with the service that she provided!"

After a hard search, we finally found the right house we really wanted. I knew the process of getting a mortgage and getting it closed was going to be lengthy and challenging. Time was not on my side, as I needed to get this loan closed in 30 days or less. I was lucky to find Len Schneider to start my mortgage process. From the 1st conversation we had, he was extremely professional and always there to help. We had gone through the entire process and ran into a problem some challenging issues that almost made the deal fall through. Len was going to find a solution for us no matter what. In the world today, where it is so hard to get customer service and people are always looking to say “no,” Len was the total opposite. The entire process he looked for ways to close the deal and make the loan happen. I closed last week on the loan and am proud to say, that with his help, 30 day escrows are still possible! We could not have done it without the help of Len and his entire team. He is someone I will recommend to anyone I know looking for a mortgage. Within two minutes of completing Rocket Mortgage’s online questionnaire about my desire/ability to purchase a house, I was speaking to Joseph, who, along with my real estate agent, ended up being my greatest counselor during the whole homebuying process. Whenever I had any question, he responded with great satisfaction… weeknights, weekends, whenever. He walked me through everything, from the approval process to the closing process, providing valuable insight all the way. He talked me through all the paperwork, through all the seller negotiation details and through all the closing specifics.
