I went online and entered a desire to refinance our cooperative apartment with Lending Tree. The first and last call I took were with Hussain. He made me feel comfortable that my experience would be as painless as possible. He held our hands to the end and was always available to answer a question. I am a little concerned about his 24/7 schedule, but I must say it was to our advantage - as I never waited long to receive a reply. There were a few hiccups but not at the hands of Hussain and even with the hiccups the experience we had with Hussain and the other Rocket Mortgage affiliates was a pleasure. Thank you, Hussain and team."

Any question I needed answered was answered promptly. Getting ahold of him was always simple by either calling or emailing. I never felt out of touch and will absolutely deal with him again in the future for any of my future mortgage plans. 10/10"

If you are a real estate agent looking to grow your business with a true professional Crystal is your person and if a buyer/refinance client Crystal will walk you through the process and make you feel at ease as she leads you with confidence and reassurance. I was concerned because I was purchasing a condo and never had gone through that process but Crystal ensured that the condo would pass lender requirements prior to extending an offer ensuring peace of mind. Again I can go on and on about how great Crystal was but please do not hesitate to reach out to her yourself and I promise you will not be disappointed. We got the best of both worlds: great rate, and great customer service. George was very personable, friendly, honest, no BS and a straight shooter to deal with. He was transparent and just extremely pleasant to work with. Felt like working with a friend than a banker. When we sold our house and moved to a new state, we wanted to use George again, but he wasn't licensed in our new state as we moved to a totally different region of the country. We're house shopping in our new state, and we wish we could have George again! I would 100% recommend George, just go straight to him. If you aren't feeling it with your current agent, give George a try. He was the best, hands down, 10/10, and George is the reason we are coming back to Rocket for our next mortgage. Not only does he exuberate the Rocket Mortgage culture, but he also ...I joined Paul's team, The Symphony, two months into my time in The Foundation and honestly feel so blessed that I was on his team. Not only does he exuberate the Rocket Mortgage culture, but he also demands the highest level of excellence, execution, and accountability from his team. Paul went above and beyond to ensure that my fellow teammates and I were as prepared as we possibly could be come graduation day. He did this by constantly holding "sales clinics" during lunch and after our team huddles to rep out the CCP and discuss the Rocket Mortgage products and programs. On a daily basis, Paul assigned action items centered around sharpening our sales skills and learning the technology (AMP) that we would be using on the banking floor. In addition to this, Paul was a huge supporter of culture and innovation and helped a fellow teammate and myself create a weekly video series, "Cooper's Culture" that has spread Foundation wide and will continue into New Development. I am beyond grateful to have had Paul as a leader and a mentor and just know that he will positively impact the lives of so many more."
