His customer-first mindset and personal attention made all the difference. While Ibrahim’s service was outstanding, we did face some challenges with other members of the support team. They were not always available, sometimes requested the same documents more than once, and were slower to respond or follow up. "Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested....Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested. Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal. That's VIP service in my opinion and I wish I could have given him my business. Maybe next time because Carl will be someone I call about future real estate investments for sure. Warmest Wishes Carl. We were somewhat overwhelmed when we started the pre-application process because of all the differing advice we'd received regarding which lender to use. We'd been told that using a 'large lender' who's not local can be detrimental to the process because they wouldn't be able to quickly respond to realtors' inquiries. I'm happy to say that advice couldn't have been further from the truth!! Sage was immediate to respond to every question or concern we had and he stayed in constant contact with our realtor so no details slipped by. He was VERY informative and helpful but not too much...he didn't try to push any additional products/or services our way he just made sure we were set up for success in purchasing our home! We even had to go through the process twice due to our first attempted purchase not working out and he didn't miss a beat! Thank you Sage, your assistance in helping us close the deal on our home is tremendously appreciated!! For anybody else reading this who may be unsure of where to go to start the mortgage process, look no further!! Chris and Emily"

He listened to my situation and with outmost care and respect he explained what Rocket Mortgage could do for me. Rocket Mortgage saved me 3yrs ago when i refinanced and again this time. Bruce followed up with me every step of the way and if he was not there, he made sure someone else was available for me!!! I could say this is amazing customer service but the truth is, only amazing ppl provide amazing customer service. Thank you Bruce!!!"

I'll always remember him for that. He was very, very easy to work with from day one and was on top of everything involving my loan and my home purchase. It wasn't easy giving up my home of 34 years and then moving over 600 miles to a new location, especially at my age, 73. But Justin was there, all the way, with his help and hard work."

I was forced from family members to go through a local bank named 'Union Savings' in Ohio, they have been a complete nightmare. I have been waiting 2 months to close because the MLO does not know how to communicate what papers or documents he has needed to help close on my home! The short experience I had with Nathan involved him calling daily to check if I needed anything or if I had questions, even if I couldn't answer he would leave a short voicemail with information he needed or I needed. He responded to emails quickly and was very clear in his request. I regret not going through Nathan and recommend you jump on board due to his phenomenal customer service"
