"I had some hesitancy about dealing with such a large, national company and was going to take the advice of a real estate agent to do one of the local lenders where we were buying a home in Santa Fe, ...I had some hesitancy about dealing with such a large, national company and was going to take the advice of a real estate agent to do one of the local lenders where we were buying a home in Santa Fe, NM. But I decided to look into Rocket Mortgage and see what it was like. The agent I was directed to was Aaron Nasan because he was licensed for that area also. I was so pleasantly surprised with the very personal attention he gave me. We had not done a mortgage in many years and I was somewhat leery and definitely confused with the process. He completely put me at ease with his personal and quick responses to my many (often silly I now realize) questions. He continually checked with me even when he didn't have to. We established a good relationship very quickly and I even said to my wife that I think we could count him to be a friend under other circumstances. He is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and I have told people who questioned whether it was smart to go with a large corporation like Rocket Mortgage that I would recommend Rocket Mortgage 100% for a mortgage if they ever needed to apply for one. To sum up, do not lose him. He brings expertise and the personal touch to his clients"

I called him almost on a whim from a referral a friend gave me to see how much house I can afford in the next year.. or so. Turns out, we can make it happen a lot sooner and he has been instrumental in the process. He provided me with an introduction to a realtor and made himself readily available during my very first viewing on a weekend. He follows up frequently to make sure I am still having a good experience and/or in case I may need anything from him in the short foreseeable future. Highly recommend Bryan's consultation."

He listened to my situation and with outmost care and respect he explained what Rocket Mortgage could do for me. Rocket Mortgage saved me 3yrs ago when i refinanced and again this time. Bruce followed up with me every step of the way and if he was not there, he made sure someone else was available for me!!! I could say this is amazing customer service but the truth is, only amazing ppl provide amazing customer service. Thank you Bruce!!!"

Never negative. He knew what me and my husband were looking to do and he researched every avenue to come up with a solution. We never got stressed with anything he asked us for or needed. When he referred us to Tiffany and for what ever reason I couldn't get her that day I called Carl and he helped me with whatever I needed. I went to a commercial bank before going to Rocket Mortgages and they couldn't help me. Carl and all the employees at Rocket Mortgages that helped us get a refinance on our home were the greatest. But 1 team member Geoffrey Geist was the most amazing person I have ever come to known through the telephone. He was attentive, passionate, and so caring in helping with the home buying process. He was there from start to finish if I ever needed anything or one of my many many question i had and had to answer them more than one time before it sunk in. But it help me to understand the home buying process and what had to be done to get there. We work together to find the perfect home and we were closed within a few months. I was ashamed to even put 5 stars when I knew he deserved all the stars in the universe. I know it would not have been so easy if I hadn't had his quideance through the whole process. There were other team members who were amazing as well but Geoffrey Geist was more like a family member to me by the time we closed on the house and that is saying alot about who Rocket Mortgage has as one great man on their team. Thank you Geoffrey for everything you helped us accomplish we have the perfect home for us."

I'll always remember him for that. He was very, very easy to work with from day one and was on top of everything involving my loan and my home purchase. It wasn't easy giving up my home of 34 years and then moving over 600 miles to a new location, especially at my age, 73. But Justin was there, all the way, with his help and hard work."

However, from the moment I met Blake on the phone I was comfortable with proceeding. I felt like I was dealing with my nephew. He was very knowledgeable about the process and easily explained every option and step along the way. But best of all I felt that he had my best interest as his primary goal. It wasn't about selling me a mortgage, it was about doing the right thing for my finances and my circumstances and making sure I understood what I was doing. The application was a breeze and Blake checked in with me often to keep me updated on the progress. In addition to the excellent customer service I received from Blake, I learned more about Rocket Mortgage in general which deepened my comfort level in getting a loan from them. For instance, I did not know that Rocket Mortgage will not sell my loan at any time in the future! I love that! I know that through the course of my loan I will have one loan number, one mortgage company. I am so thankful that I was connected with Blake. He made this a very positive, smooth experience for me. I sure appreciate his friendliness and support. Yes, it was online and over the phone, but I felt like I was sitting across the desk from him!!
