I wish to acknowledge the professional service provided by Angela, as one excellent employee and her great knowledge the assistance I needed. No one worked as diligently to assure that the service received was done correctly as she did.
Her professionalism and demeanor were caring, impressive and she did everything to make sure all my questions were addressed. This personal experience of this ONE employee out weighted any customer service I have ever received. This was based on your a broad awareness of her position and so much more. I will rate her over an excellent 10 plus on any survey personally.
Angela made me feel as a customer appreciated and advised me what I can expect from Rocket Mortgage with any future transactions. I felt impell to share this experience with you based this customer service.
We've all had terrible customer service experiences. Personally, when I have an option to change service providers based on receiving poor customer service, I give the company one or more opportunities to make it up before I sever all ties with them and look for an alternative. It's incredibly important to listen to what an individual is saying to you. Listen objectively and ask questions to get to the core of the customer's concerns, so that they can be helped quickly and efficiently. She did her job with the utmost professionalism and customer service. Please make sure corporate is made aware of my appreciation and my desire to request her personally, for future services.
The result of Angel's work ethic has prompted me to continue to express this to my friends and million of federal employees about your company.
