We couldn't have been more wrong. Alan and the Rocket Mortgage team knows VA Loans better than anyone out there. There wasn't once that Alan had to say "let me ask my manager" or "let me ask underwriting". This man knows his stuff. By the way, I love the process and the Rocket Mortgage website. Made everything so easy!!"

Once the process started, he made it easy, answered my calls and texts quickly making the process simple. Not only simple, but from day one to closing, it only took 17 Days approx. Anyone who takes a call from Mr. Gallagher in reference to refinancing, I would recommend you listen to the numbers before just saying no, Thank You Again Mr. Gallagher"

I never once felt that my questions to her were bothersome. Danielle responded promptly with any queries I had. As expected there is a bunch of formalities and requirements but Danielle was right on top of things and was sure to get things in order. The process was a bit slower than usual due to covid, but we just closed today. In fact we didnt even leave our home as a mobile notary came to our doorstep. Honestly anything to do with mortgage whether new or refinance is stressful, but this time I absolutely didnt stress.....I'm appalled and thrilled all at the same time."

He remained in contact for over 6mo and made many changes minutes after we asked. He was very responsive, organized and always available. When we rcvd an better loan quote (4K less OOP) from a bank we work with we decided to stay with Rocket Mortgage because of all the work Justin did for us. We felt we owed it to him to stay with Rocket Mortgage and see it through. Once we left Justin to work with other loan/closing specialist, we dreaded the experience, but stayed true our commitment. I'm not certain if we'd use Rocket Mortgage again, but if we knew we could work with Justin again, we'd certainly have to give it strong consideration. The man was just great to work with."
