He has been our advisor and provided direction as to who, what, where when and why as well as following up during the process to see if all was going well. He and his team as well as the closing and disbursement departments were exceptional. As investors in different states the process was invaluable and again Dan acted as our guide through any issues that we had to resolve. I will be purchasing a primary residence as a disabled veteran in the next couple of months and will be contacting Dan for direction to the right mortgage executive. My company operates under the same umbrella industry and have found that the personnel and the system was exemplary, Thank You Dan Sweet "

I almost have zero knowledge on buying a house in US, so have to learn while buying. The realtor set my closing day less than 30 days, maybe intend to force me to quickly move on and use the mortgage agent they recommend. But later I found that they do not even lock rate before I sign docs (which is not good), but trying to ask me sign all documents first. I then chose another mortgage company who promised me to give me a better rate, but the docs that they wanted me to sign was actually different than what they promised. After searching, learning, talking, and I finally decided to try Rocket Mortgage, the largest online mortgage company with super customer rating and great BBB rating. The website application is so crystal clear, and right after I filled out the application, I was able to talk to Donnie, who again impressed me by that he is not pushy at all, so different than the 10+ other agent I met. He is honest and also professional. I am very happy I finally decided to move on with Rocket Mortgage and Donnie, before the deadline that I can change mortgage company."

We couldn't have been more wrong. Alan and the Rocket Mortgage team knows VA Loans better than anyone out there. There wasn't once that Alan had to say "let me ask my manager" or "let me ask underwriting". This man knows his stuff. By the way, I love the process and the Rocket Mortgage website. Made everything so easy!!"

"I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way ...I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way through, I decided not to do it. I got off the site and about 30 seconds later, my phone rang. It was a gentleman from Rocket Mortgage (I had put my phone number in). He transferred me to a young lady by the name of Nicole. I explained to her that I had just refinanced about a year ago, and I wasn't really looking to do it again, and I didn't want to waster her time. She was very pleasant and told me it would be no bother for her to take a look if I wanted. So I said, okay -- let's do it. Long story short, this young lady was fabulous. She had the patience of a saint, and she was extremely knowledgeable. In a matter of a few minutes she explained to me something about my previous refinance that I had forgotten, which was costing me more money than I realized. I was hooked. She then spent time going over what she could do for me to save money by refinancing with Rocket Mortgage and still get the fixed rate I wanted! So -- needless to say, I am now set to close on a refinance with Rocket Mortgage tomorrow! I am very happy with everything that Nicole did for me. She is a "10" as far as lending institutions go, and I have dealt with many of them in my lifetime. She assured me that if I ever have any problems, don't call anyone else but her, that she will handle them for us! I mean, how good is that? dealing with one person makes it so much easier!! I am soooooo glad that I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage, and even more glad I "met" Nicole. If you are looking to refinance or get a loan, Nicole is the person you need to talk with! I simply cannot say in words how wonderful she is to deal with! Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart for everything you did, and your wonderful personality!! I haven't dealt with anyone in the business world in a long time who made me feel as important as you did. Your genuine concern for my wife and me was so refreshing! I never once felt that my questions to her were bothersome. Danielle responded promptly with any queries I had. As expected there is a bunch of formalities and requirements but Danielle was right on top of things and was sure to get things in order. The process was a bit slower than usual due to covid, but we just closed today. In fact we didnt even leave our home as a mobile notary came to our doorstep. Honestly anything to do with mortgage whether new or refinance is stressful, but this time I absolutely didnt stress.....I'm appalled and thrilled all at the same time."

My first thought was they couldn't figure this out before I started making payments! So, I got on the computer looking for a refinance company that I could use. I got a call from Ryan and he started talking, wasn't sure, matter of fact wasn't trusting him. He continued to talk,very respectfully,and the more he talked,the questions he asked,I started feeling better about who I was talking with. He put together a terrific deal, truly all for my best interest. I feel that I made the right decision to sign with Ryan. Our local loan officer tried to scare us telling us that Rocket Mortgage would initially offer one rate but then would change it on us after we were committed. We discussed our concerns with Brandon and told him how we've never done business online and we were scared. Brandon assured us that he would deliver on his interest rate and all the other incentives. My husband and I decided to go ahead with Brandon. We are so glad we did! The process from start to finish was so easy. Brandon delivered on everything he said and through it all he was extremely professional, patient with us and knowledgeable.
