He eased my nerves regarding something that I knew nothing about and was scared to do! Daniel was patient and understanding and was willing to explain the process and how Rocket works. Daniel advised me to look into a First Time Home Buyer program and talked me through the next steps that I would be taking. What was so wonderful about Daniel is that he was patient, kind and funny! He called and checked on me to see where I was in each step and encouraged me to step out and start looking for my home and told me to call him at any time! I really don't know what I would have done if Daniel was not the agent that answered the phone! Thank you so much Daniel! Thank you Rocket for employing such knowledgeable and caring people!"

Well Taylor completely changed my mind. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with every step of this enormous process. He made the process look so easy! Answering every single question, making sure I understood the process, talked me through things I was unsure of, was personable, knowledgable in every area of his job and more, and over all the most exceptional part of the buying process. I cannot say enough positive things about him. Taylor is what we call the bees knees. You will never find a better person at his job."

I own a home (and have the fixed mortgage that comes ...I am originally from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. I lived in the City of Wagner, South Dakota since 2015 until 2023. I work in Health Care. I own a home (and have the fixed mortgage that comes with it) back in Puerto Rico. Until 2023 it made sense financially to rent a home here in South Dakota. In 2023 the monthly payment to continue to rent a home in Wagner became unrealistically high. Is not that I could not pay it but it no longer made sence financially. That's when buying a second home here in South Dakota with a fixed mortgage made sence. I started to research how to get a mortgage to buy a home here in South Dakota. That research started with google from my mobile phone. Rocketmortgage.com was one of the first search results I got. I don't know any mortgage bankers here in South Dakota so I decided to give Rocketmorgage.com a try. Every day since 2015 I took my two labrador retrievers to a tennis court in Wagner, South Dakota so they could run freely and play. That was the setting where I contacted Rocketmortgage.com from a chat on their website. All from my mobile phone. Immediately a Senior Mortgage Banker from RocketMortgage.com reached out -> Maxwell Bednarek. Then he contacted my over the phone. In less than 10 minutes over the phone he pre-qualified me. He was very customer friendly and explained everything I needed to know to make the decision to go ahead and try to get a mortgage with Rocketmortgage.com. So we started the process and he was with me every step of the way. I never though that I actually could buy a home directly from the internet and using as a tool just my phone to make and receive phone calls and my email to receive and reply to messages ! Rocketmortgage.com is the future ! People like Max make you trust something as potentially not personal as the internet as a way to get a mortgage and buy a home which traditionally has been done by going to a regular bank and dealing in person with a Mortgage Banker. There is nothing wrong with that. That is how I got my mortgage in Puerto Rico for the home that I have there. However, my primary home which is here in South Dakota and is located in the city of Armour is the one that I purchased with the mortgage from Rocketmortgage.com and it is all thanks to Maxwell Bednarek. Thanks Max for your professionalism. You are part of the new group of Mortgage Bankers that will rule the mortgage business in the future all from the internet and Rocketmortgage.com is part of that future ! Thank you !"

We were extremely worried about even starting to refinance our home, but my wife is in the oil and gas industry and lost her job over a year ago, so we needed to refinance to prevent losing it. Thanks to Ashawn we successfully completed our application in less than two hours, with all of our questions answered and worries resolved. He was very quick to answer any questions regarding my concerns.Also, he when the time arise that what we had agree in the original loan document had a few discrepancies from what we had in our closing documents we are very grateful that he took the time to go back and correct the savings that we had agree when we started the process .We are happy and Brent did this in a very professional and expedited the process and we where able to close on the date that the closing was set and we are very satisfied with his work and the time he took to correct the discrepancies and his personal interest in that the loan terms where met like we had original intended.Thank you and he is an asset to your company and we appreciate his help ."

His good nature came through from the beginning, and, remained the same to the very end of our business relationship with him. It was very obvious that he is a person who takes his profession and customer service very seriously. His calm and soothing voice came in very handy when we had to deal with challenges, especially since we were purchasing a home during the COVID-19 Pandemic. His soothing, verbal manner in relating to us, especially as Seniors who are not so highly technologically savvy, gave us the confidence, assurance and trust when we needed it most. The best part of Mike is that he is just a caring and trustworthy guy who knows his stuff which is an essential and priceless asset when assuming a mortgage! Meghan used strong positive words, surrounded by a caring personality and professional service getting my attention in turn making me relax and positive. To me, it is a gifted individual taking two strangers over the phone and bring comfort and reassurance "we can do this Oman, together" feeling like part of the family. I never thought to be living in my new home January 8, 2016 from November's first call. I wanted to set an example for my children showing any dream at any age is possible. I mean I purchased when the housing market was upside down,housing prices were ...I can’t put into words how immensely amazing Chris and the entire rocket mortgage team was with my home buying process. I mean I purchased when the housing market was upside down,housing prices were ridiculous, there were like at least 5 offers on every home. Everyone was selling their homes and you were competing with people who were willing to pay 80-100 over asking, so I had gotten too use to hearing my offer wasn’t accepted. But Chris…,,, he was the shining star in all of this, I would call him day or night, 6 o’clock on a Sunday, 9 o’clock on a Tuesday it never mattered he was always there. I remember him calling me back after his son’s baseball game apologetic, I remember thinking your allowed an off day. After every no, I’d find another house and call Chris and he’d be right there to run the numbers, tell me exactly what my payment would be and if that would be doable. He was my go to! Once I finally had an offer accepted, and technically his job was done , he still checked in and let me know step by step where we were. When I created an issue with my credit by disputing something on my credit report he was right there to talk me through undoing it. And closing, because of work I needed to close earlier than expected so this guy and Rocket Mortgage helped me to close in 24 days, now that is unheard of. I can never thank Chris and the rocket mortgage team enough they were everything I needed when I didn’t even know what I needed. They made the home buying process seemless and stress free. If your buying I 110% recommended Chris and the Rocket mortgage team!"
