This was not the case this time around. I am so glad I waited and was able to be connected with Phillip. In some instances, I end up answering the same question at least 2 times and this is quite irritating.. Lastly, I have some suggestions in the preparation for the cash needed at closing cost. As a client, I would want that the estimated cash needed at closing to be as close as possible to the actual amount. At my closing there is at least $ 500+ related to the homeowner association that should have been disclosed at the beginning. The standard estimate form should include this, although it may increase the closing cost that is presented to the potential client."
